Verily, upon a fair and temperate eve, I didst venture yonder in search of refreshment, and lo — I was met with service so excellent and victuals so heavenly that my heart was moved to pen this humble praise.
From the moment I did cross the threshold, I was greeted with smiles most warm and gracious. The attendants, bedecked in their fair uniforms of red and white, did address me with courtesy befitting the courts of kings. Their manner was neither haughty nor hurried, but patient and kind, as though they did truly take joy in the tending of their guests. “Good morrow,” quoth one, “how may we serve thee this day?” Such simple words, yet they did sparkle with sincerity, and mine own spirit was gladdened thereby.
I did peruse the great parchment of offerings — a menu of temptations most grand. Therein lay all manner of frozen confections: Blizzards that did swirl as tempests of joy, sundaes crowned in chocolate of the richest hue, and cones that towered in creamy splendor. In truth, mine eyes could scarce choose ‘twixt such delights. At length, I settled upon the famed Royal Blizzard, a creation of such noble pedigree that angels themselves might envy it. I did also request a humble meal of burger and fries, for no feast is complete without the savory to balance the sweet.
Anon, my order was brought forth with neither delay nor disorder. Each morsel was prepared with care that bespoke of pride and mastery. The burger was cooked to perfection — the bread soft as a morning cloud, the meat seasoned as though by the hand of Providence. The fries did crisp and sing beneath mine teeth, golden as the harvest sun. And then, oh sweet mercy, came the Blizzard! Its chill did kiss my lips like winter’s breath, yet within lay a warmth of flavor that stirred my very soul. The chocolate and vanilla danced together as lovers ‘neath the moon, and I was transported to realms of bliss beyond mortal telling.
The air of the place was clean and cheerful, filled with laughter and the faint hum of pleasant company. Methought every soul within did share in one grand communion of delight, bound together by the spirit of good food and good will. Even the younglings, faces aglow with ice cream’s sheen, did add to the merriment of the hour.
In sum, I say unto all who hear these words: seek ye not afar for joy, for it dwelleth in this humble temple of Dairy Queen. Their service is swift and noble, their food a blessing to the tongue, and their hospitality the mark of true excellence. I departed with belly full and heart content, whispering thanks to the kindly folk who make such wonder possible. Would that every tavern and eatery in this realm might learn from their shining example! Verily, Dairy Queen reigneth supreme in the kingdom of satisfaction.

Used the drive-thru to order. Staff was very nice. Getting our order was a little longer than I would expect. This could of been because we may have gone close to closing time? We thought that because many employees were cleaning. It was around 9:15pm?

Came here for my lunch break today in a big truck. Lobby was closed due to short staff. This is Dairy Queen in a nutshell now days. Won’t be long till they’re gone I’m sure. The only ones left have no workers and the one in Sullivan has horrible customer service might as well not even work there. I give DQ 5 years till they’re gone

This place is unbelievable. You go to any other D.Q. around here, Sullivan, Union, Eureka, any others and you will receive a pup cup for your animal at no charge what so ever. But this place in Washington will not honor that request without a 1.59 charge. No big deal with the price, just that every other D.Q will ask you if they can give your animal a pup cup....just shows how much the owners at the Washington location cares about that profit....just really tight wods ..

I upgraded the fries in my chicken strip basket to a large but when I opened it up it had the same amount of fries as normal. And I paid for extra. They also gave me OVER A MONTH EXPIRED SAUCE! So pay close attention to the expiration dates on sauce if you get any. As someone who worked fast food for years myself, those sauces should be getting checked daily. There’s absolutely NO excuse for something like that to happen honestly!

Food was very good. Messed up on my daughter's hamburger but they quickly got it fixed. Women's restroom was very clean, the restaurant its self was clean. Ice cream was very good. They have affordable meal options for $7 includes either a hamburger, chicken sandwich or chicken strips with 4 chicken nuggets, small fry and small drink. Can upgrade to large for $1.40 more.
