This happened on the evening of 7/31/23. I don't normally leave reviews but today I am. I will start by saying my order was correct and hot but i think there is lack of training. NIC (receipt said this name) in drive thru, it takes zero effort to be nice to your customers who are nice to you. Period! I paid $40 for my family to have dinner not for your snotty comments or your eye rolls buddy. You wouldn't have a job if the customer wasn't there for you to serve. Jerk face!

Thank you Washington DQ for my beautiful cake. My husband loves ice cream cake so I wanted to surprise him for our first anniversary. They did an amazing job with the decoration. Very polite and easy to work with.

Horrible rude employees. Ordered using the app. Get to restaurant and the lobby is closed. Drive thru line was completely wrapped around the building. Tried calling three times. Someone finely answers and tell me I can cancel my order, yet I cannot because it says the order is ready. Horrible service with rude employees.
