Be prepared to stir/shake your drink - all the syrup just sits on the bottom half of the time. Sure they could “remake” it… but I’d rather not turn all the way around after I’m 10 minutes down the road after taking my first sip - here’s a tip - teach the barista’s to make it right the first time! 😃 (So you don’t lose $$LOYAL$$VALUABLE$$ customers)

I’m pretty tolerant with most things but when I do choose to go get a coffee and pay $6 for a coffee, I want a full coffee. I received this one this morning and NO I did not take a drink out of this yet. I myself was a barista for many years so I know this was just completely laziness making it. I had more cold foam than I did coffee.

Nice drive thru set up for ordering coffee. Peanut butter frappe was good. Wife had the mocha frappe. Nice options for the kids too.

Their coffee is the best in the area! The baristas are always so nice and the service is quick! The iced caramel macchiato is my favorite!

We didn't eat, stopped in for a coffee. It was great! Super friendly staff, not much of a wait. So much more reasonably priced and much better tasting than the chain brands. Will be definitely stopping here instead of emptying my wallet at Starbucks!!!!

Best coffee in the area! The little drive to trailer is adorable. The menu of food is small but focused on quality. My favorites are the oatmeal and the cinnamon roll! The cold brew is served with coffee ice cubes! Treat yourself to a shot of the bourbon vanilla syrup or some cold foam on top! The baristas are always friendly -- always! My favorite place to get coffee, hands down!

Only two places in Washington offer a decent chai: Starbucks and Exit 11. However, why support Starbucks when you can enjoy a larger cup and support a smaller business?

My original review was a five star . Since my review the quality of my drinks have changed at this location. The drinks are never full. You pay a lot and get a fourth of the drink gone. The other locations in Washington and St. Peters do not do that. Their drinks are good.

Coffee is amazing! Also had the breakfast burrito which was made with all local ingredients, Destiny was amazing and helpful in suggestions. Highly recommend!

Amazing coffee, Incredible staff, horrible owners. Only heard horror stories about them. Personally won't be going here anymore.

Edit: The passive aggressive response from the owner makes me believe the employees even more. Besides, I've heard bad things from former employees and from employees that were still working there. Asking you for your side is pointless as I'm already aware that you'll deny, but thanks for publicly confirming it instead of apologizing for any actions that may have upset employees. Having high standards doesn't justify being mean to employees. This isn't the first time I've heard bad things about exit 11 over the years. Do better.
