We tried to order at Fazolis last night 20 minutes before close. I know it can be frustrating to take orders before close as I work in the food industry as well but it was incredibly frustrating to pull up to the window to have people giving us dirty looks. We also tried to go into the restaurant and the doors were locked. All in all it was very disappointing.

Doors were locked an hour before close and a customer that was leaving let us in. Employee was taking another customers order and told us they was closed to which I responded the website says 9 pm. So she just kept giving us dirty looks so we left.

What a joke you sit there in line forever and ever then you get your food and get home no breadsticks that were supposed to come with it look like someone made the slice of pizza about a week ago and tasted like it too

Everyone one was so nice from the time we walked in the door. I visited the restaurant last week and again today. The place is keep really clean both time i have been there. The cook Jerry is awesome he came out in the dinner room and went around to each table asking if everything was good and if you need anything else. I love my bread sticks well done. And he made them personally and walked them out to me each time i have visited. If i could give more stars for the workers and how well kept the place is i would give them a lot more.

Staff was amazing but when your at the drive thru and have no ac in in car for a long wait it's almost not worth it but it's amazing food and amazing staff but wish the drive thru had more people and a bit faster

Love this location. The manager was very sweet gave us alot of breadsticks and gave my kids cookies for cleaning up after themselves. The food was hot and fresh. The manager is definitely a keeper love her. All the staff was great!

The staff was VERY friendly and a woman that seemed to be the manager stopped by and checked on us just to be friendly and helpful. Our order was right and came out fast. The restaurant was clean and the food was classic Fazoli's. I hope everyone there gets a raise!

Issac is a rockstar man he’s so polite and friendly and manager material he’s very welcoming and makes me wanna come back and eat there more often I’ve been in the restaurant business for 6 yrs and in my 6 yrs one of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time and the atmosphere is very calm and welcoming appreciate u Issac and the other workers and the food was amazing and they didn’t waste anytime
