I'll keep it somewhat brief ... ordered food to go ... arrived, they gave me my order, got to my car and decided to check the order before leaving, based on other prior stories from friends having gotten their orders wrong. Sure enough ... missing some food. Went back in .. waited, waited .. finally got help .. told them they forgot some wings and a salad. Waited, waited ... brought out 1 box ... just salad, still no wings! Waited, waited ... finally got them. Got home to eat. I had buffalo wings. They were dry, dark, almost blackened wings, tough outer skin, with no sauce on them. Only a tiny cup of buffalo sauce! What?! Please do better. Unsure if I'll be back or not. Too many bad stories from friends and now my own bad experience. We'll see.

Don't try the thick pizza very chewy to much sauce not enough cheese or toppings couldn't get an liquor they didn't have a license to serve liquor

Love the pizza and dry rub wings! Great experience dining in and excellent results with carry out. The help is always on point with superior service. They catered for a group I was part of and everyone agreed it was A+ all the way. Christine’s was willing to work with every request I made, making a great event for us!!

Ordered a couple pizzas and apps. The pizza and apps were great and the kids loved the garlic parm bites. Service was fantastic and plenty to watch on the tvs in there. Nice atmosphere and great drink selection with a accommodating staff. We'll definitely be going back

We went there for lunch and got fried mozzarella sticks, sandwiches, and pizza. The pizza is always great. I had the French dip, and it was very good. The au ju sauce wasn't that favorable. The cheese sticks were awful. They were battered instead of breaded and didn't taste good at all.

Great food, bad customer service. I ordered 11/2 at 8:36pm. I arrived to the restaurant at 9:06pm cashed my Togo order out at 9:16. I ordered a 16 piece bone-in wings, a large 3 topping pizza, and pretzel bites. I received boneless which is a HUGE difference even though the “price is the same.” I did not realize my wings were wrong until I got home to Union. I wanted to eat my food while it was semi-hot still like any normal person would. I knew the restaurant was closing, and would have been closed by the time I could make it back to the restaurant if they were able to correct my order. I figured it would be no big deal to call the next day, WRONG. I called once I got off work, and they were no help and basically accusing me trying to get free food. The manager never offered to speak with me. The worker said that since the register is closed out theirs nothing they can do refund wise or checking for proof of purchase. I had a receipt, I have my phone log of calling them for my Togo order and a photo of my $20 saucy chicken nuggets. For a family owned local restaurant they did not care at all to fix the issue for me, offer me ANYTHING for my unhappiness. I also left a 20% tip on a to go order. They definitely lost my business.

We stopped by for lunch today as Bob wanted a burger….and he was not disappointed. The BBQ burger was delicious and cooked perfectly to his satisfaction. The seasoned French fries were delicious as well! We will definitely be back!
