I walked in and the tables were extremely dirty. The bathroom was completely disgusting toilet paper everywhere the toilet looked like it hadn't been flushed in a while. And some of the workers were handling food with no gloves on and vaping in the kitchen. And it took forever on my food, when I finally got my food the burger was cold as we're the fries

Biscuit and gravy is good!
They got our order wrong. We were on a trip and couldn't go back. Asked for cheese burger ketchup only and got a cheese burger with pickles and mustard. Also asked for a 5 piece chicken tenders but only got 3.

Everytime I go to the location in Washington Mo, no matter who is working, I am asked to wait a moment before ordering. I patiently wait for 5 minutes or longer and eventually ask if I can order, to which they respond “yea go ahead” as if I wasn’t just waiting for several minutes. They do this to the people in front of me and behind me in line. They’ve done it when they’re aren’t busy.
The doors are locked so you can’t even walk in and order to skip the line either, which means they aren’t busy from inside orders.
I don’t understand what goes on in a fast food joint and the difficulties they may face, but this is just ridiculous. Fix your management.

Worst Hardee's my wife and I have ever been to. I have loved Hardees since the introduction of the Six Dollar Burger, but this location should be closed. Over the past few years it has gotten so bad that the food is mostly inedible. The morning crew is exempt from this review, they always do well and the biscuits are done right. The late lunch-dinner crew needs to be taught food safety before they kill someone. I would get a refund, had I been given a receipt and due to that fact, that my wife was treated rudely by staff.
I will be contacting the Health Department, so to whom it may concern, good luck.
