Placed a mobile was told 15 mins get tgere 20 mins laters wait at speaker for five and then have to wait another ten becuase my food was not ready then got home and reliesed they forget part of my order horriblr service would not recomend

Kristy is always super kind and smiling when we come in. The rest of the staff is lacking which is what prompted me to tell her she was always so friendly and her smile is appreciated. Even when it’s busy and stressful she carries herself well and is calm and happy.

I asked for two of the 3 piece tender meals both with Dr Pepper I get asked to pull forward because they are waiting on the chicken so I’m thinking my chicken is going to be hot no it isn’t hot it was cold as hell like barley even warm and I got curly fries not regular they didn’t even ask me a choice of fries and no offense but everything was just tossed in the bag, I get yall don’t want to be working Christmas Eve but the quality of the food isn’t at all what it should have been I used to be a general manager in the food industry and I would not have sent that food out!

Must say I'm not impressed with the cleanliness or the service. Usually any time I go here I'm very unimpressed with the food and other things. The bathroom is out of order, theyre out of large combos, no medium lids out, and the dr pepper is literally just carbonated water.

Older lady working the drive thru got my order wrong. There was only one other person behind me who had ordered. I was foolish to not check at the window. Still amazing that she somehow managed to mix up two completely different orders of different sizes. Absolutely amazing. Top quality work from the Hardee’s staff! Go there if you want a mystery box for a meal! I sure am glad I ended up paying more for a smaller meal!

They gave me little pieces of chicken that were cold. it would have been better with sauce, but no, they forget that too. The employees are nice but the food is absolutely horrendous. This place was not sigma.

Husband ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwhich combo and I had chicken tenders. The chicken patty on the sandwhich was significantly smaller than the bun and not spicy at all. The chicken tenders were dry and had a breadcrumbs and pepper dusting on top of them that was really unnecessary. Fries were lukewarm and floppy. We will not eat here again.

I think there might have only been one employee. We waited for at least 5 minutes at the drive through window for our order after having waited 5 minutes for the person in line before us.

I have always enjoyed Hardee's breakfast. But here lately the food is horrible you spend at least 20 minutes waiting in line in the Drive-Thru and the food is not worth the wait. The eggs taste funny and the bacon is not fully cooked and the biscuit falls apart while you're trying to eat. This morning I went IN get a breakfast sandwich because the drive-thru line was not moving. The two girls working up front we're terrible at customer service. Again I had to wait and wait and I was the only one in there. Also the glass door where you walk in has been boarded up for at least a month now. Very unsatisfied! I do want to point out that the older gentleman working in the back making the food he actually was the one that came up front and got my food for me because the other two girls didn't have a clue what was going on apparently.

So I would normally not post a bad review, I’m the type to suck it up. My husband and I love Hardee’s breakfast, we have eaten at the Washington location before and it has not been the greatest so we haven’t eaten there in 6 plus months. Today we decided to give it a try, we went in the door noticed the front door is boarded up, ok anything could have happened, continue in the place it semi clean, The greeter was ok not overly nice. We ordered and found a spot to sit and wait. And wait we did, for 20+ mins, we ordered our food to dine in we were thrown a bag of food on our table, I could even over look that but when I opened the bag and pulled out my sandwich it was burnt not just over done but black burnt and the hash rounds were completely over cooked. At this point there is no making me want to eat here any longer not even asking me if they could remake something. I asked for my money to be refunded and we left. This experience here was awful and I don’t think I can ever revisit the Washington Mo location.
