It wasn't the employees fault but the lack of employees.......veeeeeery slow service,again not their fault they just need to hire more people.

Came on Christmas Eve. Give every single employee working that night huge bonuses or raises because they are absolutely not paid enough for the volume of orders and stress they had to endure. I would give them all 100 bucks a peice if I could. Good job team and thank you for your efforts

I just pulled through the drive-thru and it was busy. I used mobile app to order. I had to pull around a wait a little longer that anticipated for the food. Service staff was slim so I understood. When I got my food it was all fresh. Fries hot and crispy, burger and chicken sandwich fresh. Bread warm, sourdough toasted perfectly. Egg roll fresh and crisp. I couldn’t have asked for a fast food meal better prepared. I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait a little longer for the food. I could tell that the staff was stressed but they were doing the right thing the best they could!

We had a very positive experience here. The person who took our order was very enthusiastic about the menu and current food promotion. She patiently took our order while explaining the food options. Even when when she had to come out and correct a setting on the soda machine, she was positive and cheerful. It was enjoyable getting our food from this location from someone positive and friendly. Of course the food was great too.

Came here today at exactly 2:12pm and the young lady serving me was so sweet and funny :)) I had such a bad week and it cheered me up so much to have good service and fresh loaded wedges with my boba drink !!! Thank you so much 💕

I called this place and the girl that answered on the other line was really rude and had a really bad attitude and all I asked if it was them and asked if they sold burgers
