Lobby has been locked for months. I pull a trailer every day. I can't get through drive through. Open at Lobby so I can just place order. Why are doors locked?

The worst experience I have had in a long time. It's been a year since I have ate jack n the box and this is last time horrible service didn't get order right at 245pm all outside doors were locked so had to go threw drive threw again.
Just to get cold burgers and super greasy fries.
So easy answer here is if u want to pay for food poisoning this is the place unfortunately

This place needs to be REPLACED by another restaurant. Staff doesn’t care about you and now they randomly close in the middle of the day.

They are open at 6am but I can't walk in till after morning hours. I work mornings so this is really inconvenient

Waiting 25mins for two combos got tired of waiting went in to get a refund. Another customer waited about the same amount of time and he said he doesn't understand why others got served before him. Manager said she's not sure either. Like how is a manager not knowing what's going on in the store with orders. Terrible terrible Jack in the box never ever again!!

Also my spite and Coke is just carbonation so I guess the sodas needs changed as well. Also no ice in the drinks as well. Nice job -_- not!!

Always understaffed , dirty , workers always tell you they can’t take order for 5 minutes or something broke.5 out of 5 last trips. Spread out over 6 months. Always an excuse.

I made a mobile order, when I picked it up I was told that none of my drinks could be made. The shake machine was broken, the staff didn't know how to make coffee, and they ran out of ingredients for my Boba tea. I ordered Swiss cheese with my chicken sandwich and light mustard, got American cheese and enough mustard to drown in. I wasn't given a refund and told that if I wanted one I had to do so through the mobile app. The only way I found to even request a refund was in the FQA section. Not to mention that the Lobby was also closed, in the middle of the day.

The curly fries, crispy chicken & egg rolls were well over cooked. The burgers tasted funky & we ended up ill later that night. At least the girly at the windows was friendly. We ate in our car, so the atmosphere was only brought down by the food.

Parking: Plenty of parking since no one really eats there anymore and you never know if they're actually open or not.

This is the 3rd time we have been here no one answers the drive through the girl was on her phone playing a game when we pulled up to window. I called store they gave me DM number . Phone number is disconnected it was 7:39 pm today this place was fantastic food hot and fresh last couple months they wont wait on you. It’s ok though Dairy Queen took care of us . Bill was 54.64
