The food took too long, and the employees were angry and they were very unhygienic (nails were too long and dirty and their clothes were very dirty and in a restaurant they are supposed to be hygienic, and the food was wrong. Terrible service??

Fried taco's are a staple that we've become accustomed to, not a Mexican food, but a greasy snack to sop up the alcohol.Standard order is Tacos and Jalapeno poppers. This is a guilty indulgence that is comfort and it is stable institution for after hours trips.

Lady on nighshift argued with me about an extra soda I didn't order and instead of giving my money back for the drink and fixing it she argued with me and threw the drink away and made a new one. I opened my food it was missing a fry.

The food was not great,but the service was the absolute best! They had people call off and it was just the manager and one guy running the place, and they did it with a smile.
It took forever to get my food. When I finally did, it was colder than frosty's nuts! Also, the sahara has nothing on that dry cluck sandwich! Of course, there were no fries! Even the soda tasted watery. I swear the three Stooges would have been better at their jobs! I was appalled, this is the last They will ever see of me! Run away , run far away!

Ordered a sourdough Jack With an extra quarter pound Patty. Which they charge me two dollars far. They put a 1/8 pound Patty on a quarter, pound Patty went inside to get fixed. They looked at me like I was an a****** and acted like I wasn't there. 5 minutes later, I asked thim if they're going to fix the order. They looked at me confused and said I don't know . I'll never go back to that Jack in the box ever again.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and said "I want a number 5. No mayo. Add ketchup." And they took every single topping off. Thought maybe it was a mistake.....ordered it again awhile later and stated I want #5 with no mayo. Everything still on it. Add ketchup. and they took everything off of it again besides the patty and bread....paying 10$ for bread and chicken is annoying. no mayo. add ketchup. does not mean take everything off.
