My sub was great, and the service at the counter was good. However, when I sat down to eat, there was a male worker in the back that was talking very loudly, and having a conversation that was not appropriate. (Heavy cursing) I know people talk loudly, but for that to be the only thing to hear while eating was displeasing

My husband and I got the #9 and the #13. Best sub I've ever had; even better than other Jersey Mike's in other states. Fresh food and friendly place! Definitely will be repeat diners

Nice addition to the area for a quick sandwich.

Order in the app and it will be ready when you get there even if you’re eating in as the lines can get long during lunch and dinner rush.

Hot tips:

Get the oil and vinegar on the side, this will prevent your bread from getting soggy.

Get the red pepper relish on the side, delish.

Don’t sleep on the Rosemary Parm bread yum!

Good employees, good customer service.

The local mailer with the bogo regular and bogo giants was a nice touch to get people in the door during ramping the restaurant up.

So happy a Jersey Mike’s came to Washington!!! Already been here a handful of times within the first few weeks of the grand opening. Service is great, sandwiches are awesome and they aren't cutting back on the amount of meat like I noticed a few other locations doing. Looking forward to many many more visits!

I have to give them 5 stars. The young lady that waited on us was so sweet! I have a gluten allergy and she very very knowledgeable and clearly explained how they handle it.

Definitely not the New Jersey style deli sandwich.

We were there today at 1:00. There was 4 of us to start off 2 more joined later. The 3 of us got our food while 1 didnt, then the other 2 came in ordered food 10 mins after us and still received their food before our 4th person. Wth?! We question it and the staff tells us it has to be remade. Okay. 15 minutes later from asking we are all done eating and that person still didnt have her food. Went back up they said its coming, long story short it took them 40 minutes to get the sub to her! Ridiculus no apologies or anything. Her sub came out with like 5 others, if you mess up you fix that one and send out before completing all other orders!! Food was delicious but that was unacceptable.
