Honestly horrible customer service the “manager” on Dec 28 had AN awful attitude for absolutely no reason. Will be calling back for higher up number

So much for “freaky fast” this location is super slow. Waited over 30 minutes for sandwiches to be made…I honestly don’t know why i didn’t just freaking leave.

I only ever order online and pick up in the Drive-Thru. The food is always great and the staff is always friendly! It is one of the few fast food places I will eat at.

I’m not going to lie , I come here every other day on the way to work night shift , at least 65% of the time my order is messed up , missing something , or something of the sort and another 70% of the time , it’s taking wayyyyyyyy too long in a small line anymore to get people in and out , wayyyy slower than any other store I’ve gone too , there’s no freaky fast here when there’s any line more than 2 people , had to turn around 2 different times for missing items

Got drive thru. Took longer than usual. Our wraps were mostly lettuce and my wife's was missing chicken. Not typical of this location but a bummer nonetheless.

For easily the 15th time out of my last 25 visits there they put tomatoes and onions on my order when i asked twice (to make sure) for them to be left off.

And their response to this review was a bot telling me to go somewhere else and review the store so the owner could see it?

Freaky slow

Amazing fast service! They delivered within 10 minutes to my daughter at the High School between her activities to the exact door it needs to be at. Perfect timing! Thanks Union Jimmy John’s Team!

Friendly staff and fast. Would recommend

Last time I went, I was given expired jalapeño ranch and one of my sandwiches was missing. When I went back in to explain the sandwich was missing, the manager made it seem like it was a massive inconvenience for her. Here's to hoping JJ Washington can fix their management problem...

Parking: The parking lot behind is such a danger trap not only for the customers, but also for the delivery drivers.

Maddy (Maddie? Maddi? Sorry if I spell her name wrong) was very kind to me and got my food out very quickly, even though I came through the drive thru 30 minutes before close. The food here is always good and fresh, and it gets done really fast. Like….freaky fast ?????
