Why is this place still here; it's been closed several times due to cleanliness... and now it's condemned. Can we like permanently remove this place and put a Popeyes? Something that isn't nasty is much preferred.

I ordered famous bowl and fries, instead they gave me pot pie, they can’t even tell between a famous bowl and pot pie and I walked up to the cashier and she rolled her eyes and got my order right then my fries were so salty I couldn’t chew on it but I didn’t feel like walking up to the cashier again so I threw all my food in the trash and left, will not go back to Washington KFC again!

If I could give all 0 I really would..this place just needs to be shut down and replaced with a Raising Canes. Ordered online for lunch. Went to pick it up and get told at the drive thru we are closed because there is no cook..like are you serious?? Why you not cooking?? Did have to call corporate to get my money back..this place just sucks all the way around..this is the 2nd time it has happened to me when ordering online..SHUT DOWN ALREADY

The biscuit was rock hard, my wife's sandwich bread was hard, the place was filthy as usual and the employees just stood around goofing off. I certainly won't go back to that one

I went there thru drive thru didnt c a sign cash only u should tell them when they pull ip cash only got my order chicken tender meal and the fries were hard as a rock and no seasoning on the chicken and mashed potatoes bad appearance

Never fails, this is by far the worst chicken resturaunt I’ve ever been too. Chicken sitting in a puddle of grease, slimy wet skin. Manager called me back and said the chicken sits in warming cases for up to 4 hours and they will flash fry it to make it hot again. (I would be suprised if it’s only 4 hours.)
Absolutely disgusting, everything about this establishment.

I showed up to collect my order with no other customers inside or in the drive thru. After I sat to wait for the mobile order a car pulled into the drivethru. An employee started making my meal. The manager turned around and told him I don’t give a shit about your carry out, I need this drivethru order. He then proceeded to start making his drivethru order himself lecturing the employee about how he doesn’t give a damn about carry outs when there is a drive thru. I then informed the manager that it’s not just a carry out, the customer is right here in the lobby watching you curse about how you don’t care about my food. This not only sullied my experience but the employees at this store shouldn’t have to put up with such abuse. This location doesn’t deserve your business with this manager in charge. I didn’t get a name, he ignored me when spoken to. But it’s whatever manager was working at 3:45PM today 1/29/25.

astonished to say the least, moldy bread on the chicken littles enough to be noticeable. i can’t believe you guys would send that out to be EATEN. i tried to call at 10:23, y’all weren’t closed yet but of course no answer.

This location keeps having issues with my online orders. I put my order in early and they never have it ready. I've had to wait 30 to 40 minutes each time after my order should have been ready.

Every time I go to this KFC it's always a bad experience. I decided to order online and go pick it up, and when I got my order my fries were 1/4 of the way full, my chicken sandwich was missing, and I was missing sauces. I went back through the drive thru and was met with someone working there arguing about the state of my food. I was upset because I had paid $17 all together for the meal and they barely even covered the bottom of the fry container, and forgot multiple items. They preceeded to argue with me and say that their fries are not $17. I pulled up to the window and showed them what my fries looked like and they didn't want to hear it and super sized me at no charge. I will not be returning to this KFC. The workers were absolutely rude.

The gal at the counter was very patient as my friend and I ordered. It can be hard to understand my friend sometimes, but she was very patient and cheerful, and provided what we needed.
