Dining room litterly is broken down and closed by 7pm. The workers are not helpful and the person considered to be a manager slicing meat could not care less that you just paid 28.00 for 2 roast beef meals and all the chairs are upside down on the tables and zero fresh condiments.

Edit: since my review, I have decided to no longer eat here. The staff is disrespectful, acting annoyed when I asked for medium rare, which is literally how it’s supposed to be served. I’m tired of getting well done and damn near burnt meat when I’m asking for something that is just supposed to be the normal way it’s done. It would be different if it was once every now and again but it’s become the rare occasion that the food is actually good, rather than the opposite being said. Disappointing, since there is no better roast beef than Lions Choice, but I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
Out of date - Had a few bad experiences asking for medium rare but I reached out to the support and was contacted by the GM from the location. Not only was she extremely fast with her response, she gave me an answer I was pleased with and the next two times I went, I was very happy to see that it was cooked to perfection and seasoned amazingly. I don’t know their names but the group of ladies that were in there this morning have yet to fail me when I see them! Hats off to you guys for making it right on my end and also making sure it was corrected on your end!

The short frumpy lady with the glasses was extremely rude. This makes me not want to return. Should really.learn some manners.

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience here was horrible. The cashier was rude and rushing the order. The food was not correct and super small portions. I love lions choice but I will never go to the Washington mo location again. Get your shit together and be professional.
