Normally I love going here. Today was a different story. Only 1 person behind the counter but then noticed a 2nd back by the kitchen area. She finally came out as there was a LONG line. 1st girl asked 2nd girl to make a particular shake. 2nd girl just stood there while 1st girl starts making 3 shakes by herself. While waiting and waiting for our shakes (2 of 3 that 1st girl was making) they run out of whipped cream. It was just a total disaster. The staff need training. Guess I will start going to thr Wildwood location as this was a horrible experience.

Great Customer service each time, quick about getting shakes out especially with how big they are. The ice cream there is phenomenal. Very pleased each time I go. I would definitely recommend this place.

I come to Missourri to visit family and this place is always a must at least once. They have THE best ice cream shakes I've ever had. Better to come with a partner to share or come with a giant sweet tooth because they're huge and you even get to keep the cup :)
