The restaurant was phenomenal! Jason and Katie worked the bar together so well, no bickering and had great attitudes even while being flooded on a Saturday night. The food was cooked to perfection! Especially for the small amount paid for multiple drinks. Appetizers and entrees. Definitely stop in when in the area!

Our family met for holiday lunch; six adults, two kids, and a baby. The food was delicious, and you really should try an appetizer -- the crab rangoon convinced me that I've never before tried a truly *good* one. I was equally impressed by our server, Danielle, who made us feel warmly welcome, gave great recommendations, and kept the beverages topped like a pro. Old Dutch lives up to the hype, and I can't wait to go back again.

We ate lunch in the Tavern, so I'm unable to give any feedback on the hotel. Service, taste, and portion size were great! The servers were very accommodating. This picture shows the Gans were operating by pulley... something my mechanical husband had never seen before and was impressed by!

2023 update- During Covid this restaurant required face masks and implemented much more stringent measures than other restaurants in the area. As a result, we avoided going here during that time. But now that things have calmed down a bit, we decided to return to this place as it used to be one of our favorite restaurants in the area.Our food was good, and the service was very good (which is the norm for this place). But it is a relatively small space and it gets VERY loud. So loud, in fact, that I don't do business lunches in this place because it can be very difficult to hold a normal conversation. If you have a party of more than 4, I really can't recommend Old Dutch because of the noise level.If you are a cocktail drinker, don't over-expect. Our drinks were served in small glasses with LOTS of ice, and very little liquor. I cannot recommend this place if you are looking for stronger drinks.But if you are looking for pretty good food at a good price, and you don't mind it being a little loud during busy hours, then I definitely recommend it. Their food is quite good. They have had some problems with consistency in the past, but overall the food here is very good.The food here is often very, very good. Many WashMo residents consider this to be the best restaurant in town, and I would have to agree that it is one of the better ones, for sure. But, they are inconsistent. When they are operating smoothly, the food is excellent. But, sometimes it's just so/so. The service is good, and everyone is very friendly. I do recommend the place. But, you really don't know from day to day whether the food will be excellent, or just so/so. It's never bad. The only other complaint is that the place is often extremely loud. I find it difficult to have conversations with friends, because the noise always seems excessive. But, I still recommend it because of the great service, very cool building, great drink service, and sometimes great food!
