This is a must stop place every time I come back home to Washington. The atmosphere is always great, staff is incredibly knowledgable, and the products are always high quality and are a staple in my diet. Tonight we visited and were helped by Avery. She was AMAZING! Gave us samples of products and even showed my friend an allergy list so she could get a safe olive oil for her allergy needs! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Love their craft cocktails! Missing Summer is my favorite. Great olive oils and vinegars. Sherry wine vinegar is now one of my favorites to mix with mushroom and sage olive oil for salads!

Amazing experience! The lady helping us, gave us great advice on what to buy and honestly, she deserves a raise because we bought way more than what we would have lol! Hopefully they work on commission. I love the atmosphere and the yummy selection.

i noticed green chartreuse on the bar, the bartender was reluctant to sell it because it’s hard to get. I think he was trying to charge me extra to stop me from ordering it!! I asked him if it was just up there for display. I asked how much it would be since he was so reluctant. $22 and some change for a Last Word cocktail. was it good, absolutely ! but they forgot the luxardo cherry! definitely a cool place and definitely the most expensive cocktail i’ve ever ordered.

I cannot remember the employees name but we had an amazing time here at a spot we didn't even know was out there! We tried several things and were shocked at the delicious combo of balsamic and seltzer! The woman we met was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she had to teach us. I cant wait to come back. Move over flavoring packets/soda. I have a new drink obsession!

What a charming place! I liked that not only were the olive oils and basalmics label but provided in depth explainations of the products and recommended uses. The man working the bar was very knowledgeable about the products, answered all of our questions, and made some fantastic drinks.
