Very disappointed. Probably the worst chinese food i've ever had. Fried rice bland, spring roll filling mushy and rangoon not worth eating. The girl in the drive thru was excellent and very friendly.

It’s so good, literally the one ‘fast’ food I enjoy- the one in Washington is always so nice, very clean, and the service is great. Can’t wait to go again!

I specifically asked for teriyaki sauce on the side for my teriyaki chicken. I was told that it comes with it automatically. I get home and realize there is no teriyaki sauce. I called and asked if there was anything that could be done and was told that since I got all of my food (teriyaki-less teriyaki chicken…) that they would just do better next time and didn’t even offer anything at all. A bit unprofessional.

Food is usually good! We usually eat here on Sunday nights due to work and we've had issues lately with the quality. More than that tho using AI to order is an automatic no for me. More than it taking someone’s job. For several reasons.

My son worked her and funny how around the time they started using AI Panda Express Corp. had a data breech and employee personal information was leaked on the dark web!!!

Although fast and very courteous the fried rice was extremely bland and almost tasteless without adding a lot of soy sauce.

Jen is absolutely the rudest employee at this Panda Express. My husband and I went in today for lunch, and she was rude from the beginning. We were the only ones in line and the drive-through was not busy at all. We started to order, and I was trying to explain my order and she would not stop talking and interrupting me. Just very hateful and rude as i ordered with zero patience. We intended to stay and eat, but our experience just made us want to leave. Definitely recommend some customer service training for her. The food is great just not the employee.

The staff was very friendly, but the food was disappointing. I got a very small serving of chicken and the food was hardly warm at all. The rice was dry and the crab rangoon was bland.
