Jen is absolutely the rudest employee at this Panda Express. My husband and I went in today for lunch, and she was rude from the beginning. We were the only ones in line and the drive-through was not busy at all. We started to order, and I was trying to explain my order and she would not stop talking and interrupting me. Just very hateful and rude as i ordered with zero patience. We intended to stay and eat, but our experience just made us want to leave. Definitely recommend some customer service training for her. The food is great just not the employee.

The staff was very friendly, but the food was disappointing. I got a very small serving of chicken and the food was hardly warm at all. The rice was dry and the crab rangoon was bland.

Well I was going to have lunch at this location it with all these reviews on here how could anyone? Are these reviews still accurate? Has anyone been there recently to see if it's better. I'm only doing 2 stars because it won't let me choose 0. With these reviews and my last experience when they first open up 2 seems to be about right

The food looked appealing and was good. We will be back.However, we were charged for an egg roll neither of us ordered and were not aware of an additional charge because of an entree we picked.I will watch the ring up at the register next time.

Had teriyaki chicken. No teriyaki flavor at all. Fried rice dry. Used about 15 packets of soy sauce to try for some flavor.Macdonald's next door. Go there.

I went there this evening around 5 pm. The drive thru was closed. I went inside and on my husband's order I paid an upcharge for steak that an employee recommended. Within an hour to an hour and a half after eating it, his stomach started hurting and he felt very nauseous. I tried calling this location to report my husband getting sick, most likely from their food, and no one has answered so far. It's 7:45pm it says theyre open till 9pm. I paid $28 for two meals and a side of white rice. I also paid for crab rangoon that unfortunately, I didn't notice they didn't put it in the bag until I got home.**update: I did get through on the 3rd try. The female employee stated that their food is high in sugar and cooked in lots of oil and that it can cause stomach upset from time to time. I hope that it the case. Either way I wanted to report it.

Food is terrible, customer service is terrible! The place closes early, and barley ever has the food you want. At one point only had 3 menu options. Soda taste like cardboard. Purchased chicken today that was slimy and was told they cold not do a refund, only replace the slimy chicken. I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody visiting Washington MO.

This location is particularly bad. I don't know how they can get an order wrong when a sticker with the contents of the order is on the container. Super greens sure doesn't look like noodles. Beijing beef sure doesn't look like orange chicken. I'm also thinking noodles shouldn't be dried out and crunchy on the bottom. Skip this one- not good and you'll waste your money.
