So they would be better off just telling me what they DO have available. I went through everything I might want on the menu, and they say they're out of it. I wanted just anything that wasn't breaded, at that point. So, I ordered beef and broccoli. Along with the power greens, which I was surprised they had ready, because that's a rarity. Well... so I thought. When I got back to work, I opened my food, only to find a fried, breaded chicken with noodles. Now, I was the only car in the drive thru, at the time, so this was not someone else's order. .. I was disgusted. This was $10 and 20 minutes of my time. Save yourself, and do not come here.

So..this panda does not care about serving the trucker community. After a hard day of work, on labor day, I decided to stop and get some food before heading to my next destination. Choices were panda and MD. I went inside, since I'm driving a semi, sign on door said lobby closed. I took that to mean, no inside eating. I just saw a customer coming out, so I went in. Guy in charge asks if I'm picking up an order, I said no, I want to order. He tells me he doesn't have the staff to take my inside order, or a way to check me out. Wait..people are going through the drive through tho..paying cash or card right?? Yes, but I can't order inside?????? How does this make sense. So I ask, why is your door open then..he says I have to order online, then come inside and pick it up!!! Has everyone lost their freaking minds??? Where has common sense gone? I will add panda express to the list of businesses that will no longer get my business. And I will tell plenty of others about this, who share my thoughts of how business need customers and should treat them accordingly. Unfortunately I left hungry cuzz I was not in the mood. Im a truck driver and cannot go through a drive through. It wouldn't have been any issue to take my order and get a better review. I hope someone reads this and decides to skip this place due to the people running it to the ground.

Absolutely the worst f***ing service in the world. Have had multiple orders messed up or missing. After having dinner delivered one of the dinners was missing. I called and they said I could stop in sometime and I would have a credit or I could come back and pick it up. I had it f***ing delivered so I didn't have to go to the restaurant. On a different date we ordered for pick up and were told 15 minutes. We got there on time only to wait an additional 30 minutes for our food. The management is absolute s*** along with their service.

The food is great but the service is completely terrible the lady in drive through gave us our food shut the window and the opens it and ask are you waiting for your drinks? Then hands us the drinks and they soda I got was half mixed with root beer and strawberry soda very disgusting. And after that she shuts it again then ask do you need straws like yes we need straws. Very disappointed in the services!

Since we are not eating in restaurants right now due to the virus. We have been picking up food here and going to the Washington Riverfront to eat. Food is good but we sure miss dining in.
Yum! Low calorie, for take out. I can't wait for them to open their dining area!

I understand that they are fairly new in Washington, but the one on Wentzville is 10 times better. I've been there two times bad food both times. Dry food that is way over cooked. McDonald's would have been better choice and cheaper too.

They never have any steamed white rice no matter what time of day. Person in charge said they are making more everyone orders it and you came at a busy time. 4:30 pm and nobody in line. Lat time it was 11:45 am and the other two times was around 5:30-5:45 pm. Sad since a new Panda Express.

I ordered broccoli and beef. I had 4 pieces of beef and a huge amount of broccoli. I went through the drive threw and they didn't give me a fork. The white rice was very watery yet, had tons of uncooked rice in it.
