It's a great disappointment. The kids had three kids meal free coupons from school. After we place the order presented the coupons the girl at the register did not know how to take the coupons. By the time they figured it out had the manager called the kids meal coupons were the only meals we got. The rest of the order was lost. Went through the drive thru today. One of the kids working forgot to put arugula on my Mediterranean bowl so I had to walk inside and get it. The management there today were on it! They had it fixed right away and gave me a free bakery item. I give them five stars because they were so nice and seemed to really care about customer satisfaction.

The food was not fresh at all the noodles were dried up and starting to get hard. And the girl at the register didn't know what any of the food consisted of or how big of portions they were she had to ask another worker and he was not much help either.
