Put in an order and they were closed an hour early. The servers were very rude and locked the door on us. So got screwed out of my money and pizza. Never coming back again

I am a DoorDash driver, and I showed up at 10:40pm for an order a customer made. The kid working said “we cancelled that. We are closing in 20 minutes.”

Im very upset not only for driving all the way to pick the order up, but also because this customer isn’t getting their food, even though they ordered in ample time before the restaurant actually closes. Management needs to do something about this, because it is unacceptable. I’m actually appalled.

I have a ton of restaurant experience, and would never do that to a customer. Papa John’s isn’t even good pizza anyway. Honestly now that I think of it, probably did the customer a favor.

Papa John’s site and Google say they are open till 11 but they are not. Takes 2 minutes to update a site and not cost your customers the inconvenience of having the amount of their order on hold with their bank. Poor management leads to poor service. Do better.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced anywhere, terrible service. I walk in to place an order to go and the man working instantly gets frustrated with me, for placing an order inside. He rolls his eyes and has a very rude demeanor for absolutely no reason. He tells me it’s not okay to place an order inside and I ask why and he says, “honestly because it’s just me in here and I’ll have to clean it all up”. I ordered one pizza dude. I don’t know who you are hiring, but you should take a better look. And the reason I ordered inside is because 90% of the time they get my pizza wrong so I come inside to order now. Who ever worked Sept 10th at 8 pm should not be employed there. Update: he told me his name was Dakota.

I called to order 2 large pizza's for a delivery order. I ordered a pepperoni and a Philly steak and cheese. When they were delivered one was correct the was not.... I called them and asked what was exactly on the Philly steak, now everyone usually knows what is on it. Steak, onions peppers and cheese, which was not what I got. I got a original pizza with steak add to it.... NOT A PHILLY.. had to drive the pizza back to the store to prove it wasn't it. The employee proceeded to tell me that the CALL CENTER placed the call and that's what I order. No, I told him that I stated 3 times on the phone call that I wanted to order a Philly... He told he was just letting me know that is what was ordered. He went ahead and remanded the pizza to the correct one. I don't know about others but a call center works only for some businesses and not well for others. Personally they did better when you would call in and order with a real live person at the store instead of a call center which has a very high rate of making mistakes. Put people back to work in the store and dump the call center.

Placed our order 3 hours in advance to picked up our order @ 4:30pm, but when we got there still had to wait another 20 mins. Because the order wasn't ready?

We were in town from out of state to visit family and ordered through the app. Changed the address in the app, the order showed the order was sent to the Washington store. It was not. When we went to pick up order there was no record of it. Through some sort of tech snafu, the order was instead sent to our usual location at home.After hearing what happened, the WashMO Papa John’s filled the order anyway so that we were not out the money. This act of excellent customer service was very appreciated! We will remember this next time we are in town and looking for a pizza fix.

I picked up a couple of delivery orders for doordash for my customers everything looked and smelled good but the children working unsupervised one kid in particular had a big carnival style sucker in his mouth while he was handling the food packaging the food just the thought of that nasty drool and sticky no gloved hands all over the food that I would be paying way too much for compared to Domino's or Pizza Hut with less than favorable dare I say unsanitary conditions no thank you I mean you don't eat food while you'll preparing and serving food it was gross to say the least
