Walked in to pick up online order (which wasn’t ready) and the worker had the music so loud I couldn’t hear anything. The store was not clean and I felt like the worker didn’t have much care for her work or appearance at work. I had to ask her to re-wrap one of the pizzas because it was not completely wrapped, and had to ask about the sides on our order, while asking her to repeat everything because the music was so loud. My first and last visit to the location. It’s unfortunate that it seems the franchise itself has declined so much in recent years.

Walked into the store on a Tuesday night because I tried to use the app an hour before they closed and they wouldn’t honor their specials in house. Not impressed.
This store always gets the app orders right, prepares them perfectly and is always on time.

My first and possibly last experience wasn't great. I purchased 2 pizzas that totaled 26.00. I noticed a few days later I was charged 59.00. I called, luckily had my receipt, and it took 2 days for them to reach the district manager to find out how to handle the situation. After calling multiple times, they informed me I had to drive back to get a cash reimbursement...they machine wasn't working correctly to just credit it back. Super, minus the fact I live 45 minutes away. So, off I go. I did get my cash difference, finally. One would think for the inconvenience of the trip, a coupon, free pizza to take home.....something for them making a mistake, nope. Have a good day. I was polite, as we all make mistakes and most likely, wasn't anyone working at the time at fault.

We order regularly from Papa Murphy's and are usually big fans. This week, however, was not up to par. The "pan" pizza had thin crust that didn't puff like normal and the toppings were very uneven. Thick in some places and almost non-existent in others.
