I Gave this place a 4/5 because the service was, unexpected. I ordered a personal pan pizza and next thing I know, 1 hour later. Still waiting. I do nothing about it, expecting my food. Eventually, I got my food, it was yummy. 😋

Had a coupon to use on the app, used it it took the money off but when I got to the store the guy told me I owed him 5 dollars showed him where I paid online and he said that they are not a corporate store and that I owed him 5 dollars to get my food . Canceled order and will never eat here again .

Was doordashing and got an order from Pizza Hut in Washington and it was a big order. It was like four pizzas and couple orders of breadsticks. 2. L was a fairly big order however, there was only one person working at lunch and it only took me less than 5 minutes to make it to that store and whenever I got there I only had to wait. Maybe 2 minutes maybe. But he was a very intelligent employee. I didn't get his name but he definitely had a great worth ethic And he even has me wanting to apply there for a real job. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut to anybody that ever wants their food quickly, hot and from somebody that has great work ethics I would highly suggest this Pizza Hut

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager or night worker who drives a white patriot. Terrible and ignorant. No gloves being used, so slow at making orders and keeping everything else under control. Watched her come out bathroom, no wear gloves. Along with another pizza maker. This lady literally argued with me over my order. She needs fired.

Breadsticks were not edible - way over cooked and hard and tasted like they literally just dumped the whole bottle of seasoning on. Also the second time we have gotten square pizzas (which no matter what they say do not taste the same and is not the same sizing as the round pizza) when I inquired if this was going to be a new thing I was told to expect it from now on. I guess it takes too long to prep the regular dough. Super disappointed
