If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager or night worker who drives a white patriot. Terrible and ignorant. No gloves being used, so slow at making orders and keeping everything else under control. Watched her come out bathroom, no wear gloves. Along with another pizza maker. This lady literally argued with me over my order. She needs fired.

Breadsticks were not edible - way over cooked and hard and tasted like they literally just dumped the whole bottle of seasoning on. Also the second time we have gotten square pizzas (which no matter what they say do not taste the same and is not the same sizing as the round pizza) when I inquired if this was going to be a new thing I was told to expect it from now on. I guess it takes too long to prep the regular dough. Super disappointed

I hadn't been here since 2004 or 05. There must've been a reason back then. This time, terrible food and service. My wings were barely edible through how done they were. Our cheesy bacon breadsticks had maybe a half a piece of bacon on it if that. No drinks for kids aside from soda as well as no cups/fountain drinks. Terrible attitude from the I'm assuming manager. I get being short staffed, but maybe you are short staffed because of how you talk to people. We were just customers. I can only imagine your interactions with co workers. The environment was terrible. We were the only family in there. No music or other noise aside from the constant slamming of anything and everything coming from behind the counter. Will never be back. Many more same priced or better options from pretty much anywhere in washington.

It's pizza hut, pizza is more expensive than others. Crazy that a pizza here costs as much as a local non-chain pizza place. Dining-in exists but is horrible. No soda machines, only bottles. They may give you a cup of water if you are lucky. I miss dining in, the pizza always tasted better for some reason.
We went to dine in, and they acted like they hadn't had a family dine in there since Covid. They had no waiter, no menus, no silverware, no dine-in specials, and apparently no idea what they were doing. But the pizza was good.
