This place is honestly ridiculous, I have came here at least 5 times and every single time the wait time is terrible(30-60 mins) and the food gets messed up, the workers are also very ignorant at times. Will not be coming back.

It was awful! We had to scream into the intercom because the lady said ours was broken. Okay… She had an attitude about it though!!! NOT NECESSARY!
We had to press the button twice to even get attention! The time it took for us to get in and out would’ve been enough to stop at every single other fast food place in Washington. The guy who got here 7 minutes after us got his food 20 minutes before us! RIDICULOUS!

Been to this location few times. Never been good. But this time is was bad. Limeades were just sprite and the sprite was flat. Could not taste the cranberries or strawberry.

Four times in the last few months I’ve ended up just leaving without the drinks I’ve paid for because the order took so long that I needed to get going. I’ve tried using the button to check on it or asking employees as they walked by and neither strategies were successful. It seems like this happens more often than it doesn’t happen at this point. Today I checked in on an order of two drinks after 25 minutes and it didn’t seem like they even knew about the order.
