It was awful! We had to scream into the intercom because the lady said ours was broken. Okay… She had an attitude about it though!!! NOT NECESSARY! We had to press the button twice to even get attention! The time it took for us to get in and out would’ve been enough to stop at every single other fast food place in Washington. The guy who got here 7 minutes after us got his food 20 minutes before us! RIDICULOUS!

Four times in the last few months I’ve ended up just leaving without the drinks I’ve paid for because the order took so long that I needed to get going. I’ve tried using the button to check on it or asking employees as they walked by and neither strategies were successful. It seems like this happens more often than it doesn’t happen at this point. Today I checked in on an order of two drinks after 25 minutes and it didn’t seem like they even knew about the order.

Came here for some food because me and my sister haven't had Sonic in a while, ordered the number 6 and 7. I myself work in the service industry and I understand that quiet customers who order are very hard to understand. So I spoke loud and clearly, said no pickles for the number 6, it comes out, no pickles but no patty either. Press the button to let them know, lady was holding in laughter and kept asking which combo it was even after me saying it loud and clear. Other customers get their food, but we can't get one burger. I'd rather go to the one in Union and get terrible food poisoning.

The employees here are helpful and treat customers with respect. We dropped our shake in the car and they gave us extra napkins, water to clean up, and a new shake we were more than grateful for there amazing service.
First of all the car next to us never got waited on after I heard/saw her press the call button and I heard her say SCREW THIS and leave after waiting several minutes and nooone replied to take her order.
But as to our issue it said that Destiny was on her way with our food and yet we waited another 5 to 10 minutes before she ACTUALLY came to the car. We were literally getting ready to push the call button to see what was taking so long when we FINALLY spotted her coming towards us. She looked like she was pissed off at the world didn't smile or act friendly or anything. She literally handed us the food and didn't utter a word. My boyfriend asked if the spoon was in the bag or if she had one on her and she rolled her eyes and said very snippy that it was in the bag. I said loudly as she walked away YOU KNOW IT WOULDN'T HURT YOU TO SMILE AND ACT FRIENDLY TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
She was just incredibly rude. Definitely don't recommend this place is you want good customer service. The food was good tho so I'll give them that much.

My wife and I stopped in during a bike ride on Feb 3rd, 2025. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich because the picture looked good. I got a flat, overcooked, soggy, saturated with burnt grease chicken mess with wilted lettuce and no pickles, an inedible mess. I asked for a hot dog instead. It was uncooked. Maybe the hamburgers or specialty drinks are good?
