Stopped on the way home, ordered 2 burgers, fries, tots. No drinks. After 30 minutes and watching other cars arrive, order, then get their food before us, I asked for a refund. I was informed that they are not allowed to give refunds. So if you wanna waste your time and money, I can't recommend Sonic in Washington, MO enough.

Came at lunch and they were pretty busy. Placed the order for a Sonic Burger, Fish Sandwich and Totor Tots. Took less than 10 minutes for the food to come out. Everything was nice and hot. Our server Taylor was super sweet and very pleasant . Sonic has the BEST tator tots hands down.Parking: Order from outdoor kiosk.

Visited Sun, Jan. 21 at 3:00/3:30. Rude worker. She wasn’t friendly when taking our order or delivering our food. She didn’t greet us. Acted pissed that we were there. She prob was short-handed, and I get it (I’ve worked in the restaurant/qsr industry for 10 years, even at a Sonic for 2 years) but never an excuse to be rude. Our order was wrong. The food was old and lukewarm. She corrected the missing items immediately, and those items were hot and fresh.

The reason I didn't give higher stars is because I always take my puppy there on Wednesdays for his ice cream cone. However, they stopped having ice cream cones but have ice cream in a bowl.
