Medditrain salad, Mac and Sheetz. Had to wash it down to get the good flavor out my mouth, because it was sad to not have more and the amount I needed to satisfy my craving was just more than I could afford. Maybe it's my personal problem. I miss my mom

Customer 922. I just ordered the green goddess salad through the drive-in. I ordered extra chicken extra egg extra salad dressing. Paid $23 and some cents cause I got a large diet Pepsi what I received when I was unpacking it at home. Was a regular salad no extra on the ticket it indicates the items that I ordered extra. I’m a little disappointed with it because the customer service rep. There’s no way you can get in touch with anybody when you call it all is automatic. So I just wasted what $11 thank you, Panera.

Me and my girlfriend visited this location on Tuesday 9/9/25 for a late lunch. We placed our order just fine. And the cashier was friendly! That’s where the positives end.

We ordered a large Mac and cheese, as we usually do. But when we received it at the pick up window… There was something very very wrong with it. It was dry, basically no sauce. And it tasted ROTTEN! It was absolutely disgusting.

So as one would, I went up to the cashier to ask If there was anything anyone could do about it. The cashier was again, very kind about it. And she went and told the manager about the situation…

As we did, another customer came up with the exact same complaint!

The Manager, who was wearing a dirty, black and red hoodie. (I would expect a manager to at least look like a professional. Especially when working with food.) tells us, that there is nothing to do about it. That she “just squeezed it out of the freezer bag recently.” And refuses to remake our orders!

And just like that. They have PERMANENTLY lost themselves a customer. I never plan on visiting this location, EVER again. the way we were treated was absolutely unacceptable!

Ordered drive through at 10:01am, I waited so long, I went inside to find out what was taking so long. Was told they had to cut tomatoes for my sandwich. I left at 10:20am. Absolutely ridiculous.

I'm absolutely in love with their new menu. You can never go wrong with pick 2. The atmosphere is also great somewhere where you can meet up with friends or business partners to catch up.

The WashMO Panera service has declined rapidly in the last year, tobthe point where it takes 10 minutes to get a soda, or longer if it's in drive thru. Prices went up, sandwich size went down but it is the service that will cause me to stop going there.

The food was plooped together, scanty portions.
For such a tiny amount for 2 people, it was a chaotic disaster.

Overall, this is a great Panera. Always have everything I need and always good service each time I go here. With that though, there are a few times where food is very sloppily made. For example this morning, I got a Ciabatta Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich and there was paper mixed in with the cheese and I had spend a nice greasy time to get that all separated. Sandwich was great but be aware there are times where food presentation takes a back seat. Overall though it is a wonderful restaurant. Go here multiple times a day for my sip rewards :)

Except in St George Utah, I've never visited a Paneras that didn't have great food, great variety, and great bread.... including this one! Great job!

I've been going at least once or twice a month for a year now, the food is great, contrary to the other reviews the teenage cashiers are lovely. My one problem is an older male worker. I've had him as a cashier multiple times and it's the slowest service ever, it's very obvious he doesn't know what he's doing and he talks for so long and brings up random topics when ordering. I love the workers here and I know this guy is trying his best but he's just not the a good fit for a cashier, 100/10 service and food otherwise! 🩵

Food has always been decent. But recent visit I was informed they don’t have the Sierra Turkey. I asked the cashier (elderly woman) if they could make or recommend something similar. By the look on her face and demeanor, It seemed as if my request was an inconvenience. I asked the cashier next to her and she explained how to make another sandwich similar. I then asked for a cheese danish, which I guess they don’t have either. She simply said “Nope” followed by “ When’s the last time you been here?” I said it’s been awhile and I guess I won’t be back. Due to service and lack of items i enjoyed in the past. You know, if you don’t have the food I like, at least make the visit better, not worse. The visit made feel as if I was a bother and not welcome. No plans of revisiting this location.
