The pricing has gone from a bit high, to absolutely insulting. 2 people getting a normal meal, walking out paying $40. You’re going to look me in the eye, and say that single ladle of soup is nearly $8?Half the time I go, my $14 sandwich is wrong anyway

Just stopped in for a toasted Asiago cheese bagel and cream cheese. It was delicious as always.Only downside to this location was not easy to get in and out in the location at busy intersection.

Food and service are great but the seating isn't great. The place really isn't designed in mind of families wanting to come.
I love this bread co. But why do I have to now wait at the long pickup counter to get my cup with the sip club that I ordered at the kiosk? That was never an issue before. Will change my review once the post new procedure is corrected to the old way. It's very inconvenient

Food is good, but not worth the price, which keeps going up while serving sizes go down. Only go in person though! The tables are always dirty, but if you order delivery, they'll forget something EVERY TIME and won't fix their screw up unless you go up there to get it, negating the point of delivery.

The food is great, although the pricing has gone theu the roof. I can deal with $12 sandwich. But $7 for a little cup of soup is ridiculous considering the meeger amout of actual food in the cup. It was mainly broth.
Horrible. Wont answer thier phone. Got home and order was messed up. They hung up before answering. Spent $23 for 2 Mac and cheese cups. Wrong order though.

Prices continue to skyrocket and service continues to plummet. I quit counting at 6x in a row I ordered a bacon turkey bravo with no tomatoes, and it came with tomatoes. Plus it’ll easily take 15 minutes minimum to go through the drive thru no matter the time of day. I’m done with it.
