I was ordering a mocha frap no coffee no whip as I have a heart condition. The guy in drive through says he has to charge me more because I don't want coffee as I am not allowed to have it. My husband loves the caramel frap. Any one who has a heart condition who cant have coffee DO NOT GO HERE that was the stupidest reason to up charge . So he got his frap . I got nothing. I will never give Starbucks a another doller they are not friendly if you have medical conditions.

The Washington, MO Starbucks is awesome! We visit often and are recognized and greeted when ever we enter the store. The staff is awesome: friendly, professional (it is hard work putting those challenging coffees in the hands of customers!), and it is a very well run store. It is major gathering place in Washington for coffee, goodies and a friendly place to hang out!! Love it!

I get my 2x blonde exspresso shot with ¾in cream and 2 sugar in the raw, almost daily . It is 100% RIGHT every time . Bravo!

I have to give a shout out to a girl that literally never ceases to put a smile on my face EVERY time I come in! Niki is the kindest, sweetest barista you will ever meet! I was having a rough day last week and she took my coffee order. She asked me how my morning was going and her genuine interest in my life made my day so much better. She has just the most warm, sunny presence. I also didn’t know what to get because, frankly, I wasn’t feeling my normal drink. She told me her favorite drink and I told her I just didn’t like “too sweet” of drinks and she customized it to make it perfect for me. NEVER let this girl go, Starbucks!!! She’s a GEM! 💎

I'm not a big breakfast fan but this crew really knocks the coffee drinks out of the park! 10/10 service and kind people!
I had a vanilla chai here with a shot of espresso. Yummy. The best I ever had came from this particular Starbucks.
The drive thru was fast and courteous. Coffee was so hot! Be careful not to scald yourself like me. They provided ice to help with the burn.
