3/15/24 Thank you for your response Starbucks. If you can't figure out how to solve this problem based on the information contained in the review, the problems in my review are just the beginning of your issues.Eta: You had a new customer last night. 3/13/24 Like brand new, never visited a Starbucks before. Sweetest lady. She won't be back. Greeted by a sweet girl upon entering, but totally downhill from there. No one said or did anything mean, but no eye contact, short, terse interaction from the order taker, no acknowledgement when the drink order was complete, and no response when she told them thank you. Apparently, Demi Lovato or Ariana Grande has some really important goings on they needed to discuss urgently.Previous review:Love the staff here! They've got the barista basics down. Definitely need a bit more training to really nail it though. My last three beverages were drinkable, but not what I expected from previous Starbucks (other locations) experiences. I'll keep coming back though. ? They're on the right path!

This is the slowest Starbucks on the planet! Unless you order through the app or drive through the wait is at least 20 minutes. For one drink!

The service in the drive thru was a little slow today but the staff was very friendly, I ordered a breakfast sandwich which was hot and very tasty. The coffee I ordered was very hot and made exactly to my liking. But if you're to ask my dog, the pup cup was the absolute best today ! ?Parking: There are a few spots dedicated for call ahead order pick-ups.

Eh, it's Starbucks. Same overpriced coffee. It's good, but would rather buy from one of the local places.

I was yelled at while shopping for ground coffee on a retail display rack inside a coffee shop.I went to Starbucks to buy the blonde roast coffee beans. The display on the back wall has Starbucks cups and coffee. The bottom shelf of the display, which was open upon my arrival, had all the coffee flavors. While I was looking for the particular flavor, a barista from across the lobby yells, “That is for employees only, don’t open those!”Of course, all businesses have areas that are for employees only and you always know where those are because those areas are clearly labeled. However, this shelf wasn’t labeled and was open. In fact, the shelf is on a display with other merchandise for purchase. Additionally, the shelf is in the guest* lobby area.This sour interaction could have been avoided if an employee, with better knowledge of the business, would have asked if I needed help finding anything.*unlike a guest, I was treated as an attempted shoplifter

This location is starting to disappoint... they've messed up my order pretty bad a few times now. I ordered a chestnut praline latte and they forgot syrup. It was just milk and espresso, pretty nasty. Hope they start stepping it up.

I contacted door dash for a refund for an order that was not correct. Door dash told me I could not receive a refund. I then contacted the Starbucks I ordered from to tell them what happened and they told me too bad so sad door dash is the one that gives you a refund. When I told them door dash wouldn’t refund me the star bucks employee told me I was wrong. Wonderful. So what I am supposed to do? Horrible experience.

Stop there for a coworker riding with me and I didn't even want nothing but still ended up waiting 30 min on him to get a coconut milk drink. Idk I guess they had to bust open the coconut and boil the milk before they made his drink ?‍♂️?‍♂️

This Starbucks always has the fastest drive thru even when the drive through line is wrapped around the store! The ladies are always so sweet and cheerful! I enjoy this location much more than the others around the area. Keep up the good work.
