If you like a good greasyburger, this is your kinda place. They fry their fries in beef fat, the American way. There's chicken too, my granddaughter says it's good.

Horrible..they have completely removed the human interaction from here..from the moment we walked in, ordered our food from a computer screen, paid for the order, got our own drinks, (had to scan in the bar code from our receipt in order for the soda fountian to operate), got our cheap, plastic eating utensils and salt and pepper and napkins, waited at the table for our order # to be called out (by an automated voice no less), went to the counter to pick up order that magically appeared on the counter,, went back to the table to eat the most unappealing food I've ever been served at a restaurant. Then cleared off our own table and threw what was left in the trash. During our entire time inside the restaurant, we did not have any, whatsoever, contact with an actual human being..and for the clincher, they expected a freakin tip..a tip , at the kiosk when we originally placed our order..so, if that's the future at Steak n Shake, you have lost a life long (I'm 63 years old) customer..good luck.

Not only did I have an amazing experience at this store, but I was a drive thru customer! The team member on the head set was amazing, my food came out fast, it was so fire!!!!! Hot and delicious! I even got extra large fries for both orders for the $1.50 because your team member was so nice and friendly! I will definitely be back soon and often!!!

Well they don't serve you here you serve yourself also have to scan to fill your drink cup and also get your own tray after they call your name. As dine in restaurant they no longer use dishes cups plates utensils etc. I was stared at by a creepy employee at the condiment corner I was getting a plastic fork kept staring till I stared back. My husband went up to get seasoned salt and creepy employee smh at him like he did something wrong. I love steak n shake but the service at this one sucks.
