It was very clean, fast service. I liked the kiosk for ordering, everything is easy to understand and right in front of you. Food was hot, fresh and delicious! One of the best steak and shakes I’ve been too.

Regular here, normally a great time. But sometimes when they are super busy an order can be messed up. Which is understandable when there's a huge crowd. But they are always willing to fix it!!

Facility is very dirty. Trash and food everywhere. Water dripping from the ceiling in 2 places and mold on ceiling. First area dripping on floor with no caution sign and the other on a table(had caution sign). Was asked for tip when putting own order in prior to experience, seat yourself, serve yourself, and clear your own table. No signs explaining you have to scan a ticket to get your own drink or that you're only allowed 2 drinks.

I came thru drive thru ordered my meal. Did not want any Frisco sauce. Even on the ticket it said no Frisco Sauce I drive all the way back to work. I got back to work started eating my meal open my sandwich and guess what there's Frisco Sauce on it so I drove back all the way over to the restaurant walk in the guy that came to the counter asked me what I needed I said my sandwich was made wrong I said there was not supposed to be any Frisco Sauce on it he just giggles at me and points himself I was just on break it was not me. Steak and Shake just do better. It's not rocket science to make a sandwich, that is your one job

This location has really made a huge turnaround lately. The food is consistently excellent and fresh. The fries are now made with tallow and it makes a huge difference in taste and quality. The employees are all nice and friendly and it’s clean inside. We have made it our ‘go-to’ spot for dinner!
