Great decor food and ice cream. Will be visiting next time I’m in Washington MO.

If I could no star this place I would. Food was NOT good. Dishes were not clean when they were handed to us. I’m talking food smudges across the plate. We had to clean our own table in order to sit. No lids for the cups. The lids they had didn’t even have a hole for the straw. Tacos was super dry and it had sauce. I’m not sure how that happens. Even the fountain soda taste flat. It’s a real bummer because I used to really like this place. Apparently ownership changes have killed it. I would not recommend this place. Not even a little. There is a Taco Bell in Washington. Just go there if you want a taco or nachos because those were terrible too. How do you not have good nachos. It’s chips and topping. TERRIBLE.

Went recently under new ownership.. Margaritas were great Food experience was different...not as authentic as previous owners..

I tried this place on Friday and should have known it wasn't going to be good because every other downtown place was busy and this was empty. The staff wasn't interested in helping, the food was tired and way overpriced. Taco Bell would have been a better choice.

Food was good. We had a big group some of is liked our food more than others. I think it came down to individual tastes. The street tacos were amazing. Service was OK considering every place is under staffed right now. Have patience given the situation.

Had nachos and quesadilla. Portions were large and the food was great. Great flavors and fresh ingredients. Strong drinks too!

Very disappointed with the whole experience. For my family of 4 to eat here at lunch with us all drinking water was $55! That’s insane! The chips were over cooked and burnt. The portions for the price were very small. The place had a cool atmosphere but it was very dirty in certain areas. Sadly, we will not be back nor would I recommend this place.

First time I went there steak tacos were great. Second time. Not so much. Idk if they changed the cut of steak they are using or what. Chicken quesadilla was good tasting but the bottom of it was soaked and greasy. My kid didn't want to eat it. I know it was from the chicken, which does taste great, just too wet. Price is definitely high for what you get. I expected better quality. Hostess who take order and seats you seems nice. Other staff I feel needs to act more professional. Maybe watch how they talk and act in front of guests with kids and look presentable. It's sad because this place looks amazing and has a great location and vibe.

Great little spot along the river and bike trails in downtown Washington. Large menu and salsa selection. Really tasty!

The nachos were very good, but the frozen drink machine looked horrible! Looked like they'd never cleaned it! Naomi's restaurant has about 10% of the previous owners menu (which was maybe too many). But it makes it such that every one in your party has to agree on So-cal food; as there are no other options. Is So-Cal food a thing? Never heard of it before.

Go to taco bell faster service and cheaper. Was almost $50 to get four things and doesn't even come with chips and salsa to go. Will not be returning! These other people that have commented 5 stars have never had real Mexican or so cal food.

Dang, bring back old owners, prices. Spent $34 for 3 tacos plate (3 tacos + itsy bitsy container of beans, but no beans) plus chicken quesadilla plate (quesadilla plus itsy bitsy container of rice), and 2 iced teas, itty bitty cups. Went to get chips and salsa...add anther $4.25, so close to $40 four lunch without alcohol. Menu different, prices stupidly high, and dirty inside. This place won't be open long.

Naomi's offers authentic Southern California cuisine. Everything is excellent in taste. Naomi makes her own homemade salsas for they're salsa bar. She orders her peppers from all over the world in order to get the exact correct peppers for her recipes. They're down to earth good people trying to make they're way in the world.

We ate lunch at this restaurant and the food was among the best Mexican I have ever had. The food was extremely fresh, flavorful and nicely presented. It reminded me of the fantastic Mexican entrees we used to get in California. I wish I lived in this area so that I could return often.

This was the worst Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. First of all the menu had like 4 items on it. The cashier had no emotion and seemed annoyed to explain what came in certain things. It cost us $40 for a burrito and 2 tacos and drinks. The tacos and burrito had no flavor or spice to them at all. It was the most bland food I’ve ever tasted. The drinks were $3 a piece for a child’s size. They charge an extra $4 for chips and salsa! Then of course the chips were stale. They made the burrito wrong. For $40 you could feed yourself for a week at Taco Bell and have better food than this place. It was terrible. Do not recommend at all.
