I think this may be my favorite BBQ I’ve ever had! We were in town, first time visitors to St. Louis, and Sugarfire did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious. We were kind of initially confused about the ordering process but all worked out and the food was perfect! BEST cornbread with honey butter I’ve ever had!!! EVER! I’ll be dreaming about it.

I ordered a chicken quarter. I was a palled when he threw it in a vat of grease… it had no smoke Flavor and was bleeding when he threw it in the grease. Why would you people take a perfectly healthy cut of chicken and throw it in a bunch of hot boiling grease? I need to know what your thinking is on this.

Yummy food ,big portions with various types of sauces . The red cream soda is very good. AWESOME views of the river too.

We are in town for a business trip and decided to try all the local restaurants this was one of the first ones that we went to the first thing you notice is how beautiful the view is from their window you can see right into the river ,the second thing is how big the room is it has enough space for big crowds. Once you're in follow the hoofprints on the ground to go around the corner to order there is a menu up close so you can see what they have to offer ,we got the meat daddy it had a little bit of everything it comes with two different sides. on the tables you'll find different types of BBQ sauce they even have a white BBQ sauce that is actually pretty good I would highly recommend the red cream soda it's awesome, you get quite a bit of food for the price also after you're done you can walk right across the street and go sit at the little park by the river.

Awesome BBQ spot with a variety of options! There are a range of sides to choose from, whether you opt for some healthier veggies like squash and green beans, or go for the mac and cheese. I love the mix of BBQ sauces to try! The espresso is funky but worth a taste. Ordering at the counter means service is super fast. Plenty of indoor seating, or sit outside for water views.

Excellent barbecue meats and delectable side dishes in generous portions. Good beer selection too. Clean and well organized. Lots of parking and good location. I first dined here 3 years ago when traveling through the area and had been looking forward to returning this trip through. I was not disappointed as it was just as good this time as I had remembered it being before.

They cook the meat on site very slowly and just the aroma is mouth watering. Several choices of sides and sauces to choose from. Specialty soda items. They serve a generous portion as well. They have great burgers too!

Overall it was a bad experience. Fish portion was small and they tried to fluff it up by putting it on a salad?? Brisket was acceptable but dry. Side orders of potato salad and cole slaw tasted very bland. Fried Artichokes were abysmal.

I was extremely disappointing I had the Brisket they weight them by ounces. I ordered 8 ounces and a side. The brisket was 80 % fat. And it was very expensive. I mentioned it to the guy working but he acted like it was no big deal. So I will not go back!!!

Some of the best ribs I have had!! If you're looking for simply good barbecue this is the place. The meat is tender and falls right of the bone, and there are so many delicious sides to choose from as well as dessert. Will definitely be back very soon!
