Very disappointing. Food was very dry, we tried the ribs, pork and brisket and everything was horrible. The fries were soggy, the coleslaw was inedible and the potato salad tasted like it came from Walmart. Even the fountain drinks were horrible, off brand and extremely watery.

I hired Sugarfire to cater at my wedding in June 2025 and not only was the food the talk of the wedding from how delicious it was but also working with Nikki and her team was a breeze! They were always so prompt on their responses and they set up the food and took it down, I did not have to worry about a thing. I have nothing but great things to say about this location and Nikki. Highly recommend Sugarfire Washington for any catering needs!

The food and service was amazing, the location is right off the river so you get good views as well. I had the Brisket Cheese steak and it was amazing, however the potatoe salad was just ok. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

my dad, my girlfriend and i visit here frequently. tonight my girlfriend and i finished our meals before my dads food was brought out.
when we inquired with the staff, they said “oh i didn’t know if you wanted it to-go”
bro, we are all eating together, that’s what you do. why would one of us want it to go, unless requested?

They started cutting it up and put it on a hamburger bun! Only have mac and cheese on certain days. If you have young kids, they dont have hotdogs. I left with 5 fountain drinks that cost me 18$ with no food. And the worst service I've ever had!

Wow, I had a bad first delivery experience(soggy, cold) and didn’t try it again from that point on. Total mistake. Delicate as can be pulled pork sandwich, fries were flavored awesomely(still a little soggy cause we took it to go and the humidity in the bag hit them but still so yummy) and my fiancés brisket was amazingly good too. Service was literally one of the quickest experiences I have ever had, in and out with my order in less than ten minutes, and friendly as can be. Will definitely be back.
