Save your money, Feb 14th horrible experience from the food ( refry those fries) to processed, dried out looking sides. My feet stuck to the floor as I walked. I was disgusted by the cleaninrss and the quality of service, to my food. Dried out sides, at dinner time😲Recooked fries, oh no she didn't, oh yes she did!

Very disappointing. Food was very dry, we tried the ribs, pork and brisket and everything was horrible. The fries were soggy, the coleslaw was inedible and the potato salad tasted like it came from Walmart. Even the fountain drinks were horrible, off brand and extremely watery.

I hired Sugarfire to cater at my wedding in June 2025 and not only was the food the talk of the wedding from how delicious it was but also working with Nikki and her team was a breeze! They were always so prompt on their responses and they set up the food and took it down, I did not have to worry about a thing. I have nothing but great things to say about this location and Nikki. Highly recommend Sugarfire Washington for any catering needs!

my dad, my girlfriend and i visit here frequently. tonight my girlfriend and i finished our meals before my dads food was brought out.
when we inquired with the staff, they said “oh i didn’t know if you wanted it to-go”
bro, we are all eating together, that’s what you do. why would one of us want it to go, unless requested?
we spend a lot of money here, and no longer will.

This is my first review, so you know it's no joke! Asked for a brat, they put it on a hamburger bun, then began to argue they dont put brats on hotdog buns. They started cutting it up and put it on a hamburger bun! Only have mac and cheese on certain days. If you have young kids, they dont have hotdogs. I left with 5 fountain drinks that cost me 18$ with no food. And the worst service I've ever had!
