Washington coffee shop has always been a great place to go however, the past three months the service I get is just so trash I feel honestly just disrespected. I honestly don’t get it. Then the drinks use to be so good! However, once they change over the menu, you just made it seem like they were trying to go cheap. I got a hot drink the other day. It was only 3/4 of the way filled and even when I get an ice drink it’s almost the same thing. But the workers are just so hostile and seem to be very easily tempered… not the best atmosphere ever

Very disappointed with lack of a catering order pick up. We had a whole bridal party counting on breakfast sandwiches and had called and was told to email- never confirmed and then I tried to follow up and nothing? Had given me one reply with what they offer and asked for it be ready on that date and surprise no recollection of the order. Really a sour way to do business and was no solution. Bad communication and poor way to do business then.

I said hello and the cashier said nothing. I asked for a cappuccino dry, less milk extra foam. She gave me a cup of coffee with milk no foam. I threw it away. Worst cappuccino in 35 years. She didn't even try.
