Our coffee flight was delicious, there wasn’t a flavor we didn’t like. I got a frittata which was amazing and great portion for the price. My husband got the granola bowl which was also super yummy. Service was friendly and fast, and they have such a nice vibe. Definitely recommend.

Coffee is really yummy, you can have them make it with non dairy milk. You can sub gluten free bread for $2 for anything that uses bread. The salads have croutons on them despite not stating so on the menu—that was disappointing as a celiac since I ordered something that should have been safe but ended up not 😔
Overall tho it was really well priced and tasty.

Always a favorite stop!
The food and drinks here are consistently great. It’s the perfect little café to visit before heading up to the Washington Farmers Market. The avocado toast is my go-to—fresh, flavorful, and always satisfying.

My daughter loves the egg & toast sandwich, and I appreciate that it can be customized with add-ons like bacon, ham, avocado, or cheese.

I always mean to take pictures of the food, but we dive in too fast every time.

This time, I tried the Independence Flight, and it did not disappoint, so good!

And don’t skip dessert, everything we’ve tried has been absolutely delicious!

Great atmosphere, we had an iced americano and a matcha that were delicious. Staff were super friendly would definitely recommend.

Undergrounds had been my go-to for espresso whenever I was in town. This recent Saturday was disappointing. I ordered an espresso and was presented with 3-4 ounces of lukewarm watery brown liquid. No crema, no body, no flavor.

My companion had one of the sugar-based coffee specials on the board and was quite happy with it.

What a modern and fun stop along the river. The marshmallow chai latte was a cozy delight on a fall afternoon.

We live about an hour away from here, but once a month come into town for an appointment. We always find ourselves grabbing lunch and coffee here. My favorite is the turkey sandwich (not sure the exact name) and the iced lavender vanilla coffee!

The employees are very nice and the food came quick considering it was a Sunday. Prices are not high. I would recommend if you are in the Washington area. Dog friendly and chill atmosphere.

Loved it!! Stopped on the way back to St. Louis from camping and got the seasonal coffee flight and we tried the avocado toast and the fruit toast, both were incredible!

We live UnderGrounds! It's well worth the 30 minute trip for a Saturday morning brunch. The food always tastes amazing. Portion sizes are small, meaning I can get a few different things to try when we visit. However, what keeps us coming back is the coffee flights. They're just so fun, and always delicious!

We had spent the night at the River Sirenes Hotel, where the breakfast here at Undergrounds is included in the price of the night.
It was a really good experience, nice breakfast and my wife cannot tolerate gluten and lactose, and they managed that ?? The service was great. ??
