The absolute best Mexican restaurant in the JOMO area. Eating anywhere else is a waste of time now when we can just go to Chavela’s. Never ever fails, service is great, the tres leches cake is the best I’ve ever had. Try anything and everything on the menu, you won’t ever be disappointed.
The food is usually pretty good and it was today, but it was 32° outside and 60° inside. They would not turn up the heat because they said the workers get hot and we all sat in our coats and froze to death.
