super disappointed. we go to the wbb city location often. tonight we paid with cash ($20) on a $9 and some change bill. when my husband was handed back a smaller amount of change back he let the cashier know of the mistake. She told us that we had handed her a $10 bill. we both told her that no it was in fact a $20 bill. she handed us 2 out of 4 of our ice creams and closed the window to talk to her im assuming "manager" who then came to the window telling us that she saw us hand...read full review
Blizzard was mushy and they charged my card before I could get the free blizzard since they couldn’t turn it upside down without it spilling everywhere. Bummer. The manager argued about it instead of just fixing it.

Dog was allowed into the dining room and on the chairs. An employee sat down and visited with them and had the dog on his lap. Dirty tables and trash on the floor.
