Every single time I come here, there is one girl working the drive-thru AND literally sprinting to bring people their orders to stalls, too. By herself?! I’m like wow is this a one-woman show? My burrito and 3 drinks were out in literally less than 2 minutes and she was also running orders to other people and handling the drive-thru! “Jacob at the S Madison location has an amazing attitude, exceptional manners and took our order with the most care and attentiveness that I’ve seen from that location. I hope this finds it’s way to his supervisors, as he is an amazing CSR and deserves something for his dedication to service all while maintaining a positive attitude. The only problem I experienced was that someone yelled from the back of the store that i should leave a good review for Erica, I have no intention of doing so as I believe good reviews are earned, not gifted.“
