“The service and food is this location in Webb City has really gone downhill. My food tasted old it was burnt. Definitely not worth the money. Most of the time the kids are too busy in the drive you're talking to each other though be able to help you right. I would recommend eating somewhere else.“

Every single time I come here, there is one girl working the drive-thru AND literally sprinting to bring people their orders to stalls, too. By herself?! I’m like wow is this a one-woman show? Brittany (I think), you deserve a raise or promotion or whatever Sonic does to appreciate employees! My burrito and 3 drinks were out in literally less than 2 minutes and she was also running orders to other people and handling the drive-thru! “Jacob at the S Madison location has an amazing attitude, exceptional manners and took our order with the most care and attentiveness that I’ve seen from that location. I hope this finds it’s way to his supervisors, as he is an amazing CSR and deserves something for his dedication to service all while maintaining a positive attitude. The only problem I experienced was that someone yelled from the back of the store that i should leave a good review for Erica, I have no intention of doing so as I believe good reviews are earned, not gifted.“

“I don't know if everyone realizes the ice cream recipes is from Bill Anderson's in Joplin when it was off Main Street a long time ago. I had that ice cream as a child, when my cousin worked there. Their cheeseburgers are fantastic. Highly recommend.“

“WOW!! We went through the drive thru on 1/2/26, and literally everything about our experience was PERFECT. No joke 10/10. we ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburger combos, our burgers were literally steaming!! everything was so fresh and delicious, even the veggies on our burgers. the braums sauce was made perfectly. we had plenty of napkins. our shakes were thick. and we were in line for less than 5 minutes!! AND one of the employees befriended our dog!! I don’t know if i’ve ever even left a review for a fast food joint before, but I couldn’t not share our experience today. THANK YOU to whoever was working that shift, I believe David was the shift manager. You made two people and a dog smile extra wide today!!!“
