5 stars this time because they had garlic bagels, the bagels of the gods. I usually don't make it in until later in the day. I always look forward to my wife's hair appointment in the morning so I can go and buy all the garlic bagels.

Our bagels were good but we had a $30 order and we didn’t get many of the bagels we purchased. The app does say that due to shortages they may not have everything but we had several specialty bagels we paid for swapped out with just plain. The staff did not tell us of the swaps they made when picking up our order, otherwise we might have wanted to pick something other than plain since it was paid for in advance. Not sure we will use app ordering again.

For whatever reason, and it doesn't matter what Einstein's I go to, but whenever I order a bagel with sausage and cheese, no egg, the cashiers have the hardest time handling that order. I guess there's no easy way to omit egg from a sandwich in their POS. They always get so confused and ask me to make sure I don't want egg. Is this not a simple request? Predictably, this happened at this location, but the cashier handled it like a pro. She took her time and...
