It was a rare out of town date night for us and we chose Olive and Oak for a couple reasons. They were open late on Sunday and the menu looked amazing. From start to finish, this was a wonderful dining experience. The NA mocktails were amazing. The atmosphere is stunning. We tried several different things on the menu and were not disappointed by any of them. Our server, Jordan, was fantastic. My boyfriend is a restaurant owner/chef in Columbia and to watch him truly enjoy every bit of that meal made my heart happy as well. We will absolutely be back. Many times:)

Delicious creative food with attentive service. Solid cocktails. Louder than I like. We tried a lot of the menu, which changes regularly. The one thing I didn't like was the collards, which were waaay oversalted.

The food is so good, you'd wish you had two stomachs! The vegan options are amazing. Strongly recommend the Moroccan coconut rice and vegetable hash. The cold peach soup is great. Excellent service and ambience even on a busy Thursday evening. Easily my favorite restaurant in St Louis (and I've been to MANY restaurants here)! Will visit again soon with friends and family.

Everything was fantastic, my palette and mind was surprised and blown away. The wait staff unbelievable, kindest I've ever encountered. I've worked in restaurants for 25+ years. All I can say is Lion Main Steak Bites I hope these never leave the menu. For anyone who doent know, please don't ask questions just GO TRY THEM! When you melt while it melts with that 1st bite. Think to yourself oh my goodness this is amazing. Just savory it. Then you ask your amazing wait staff or let your table tell all about the Lion Main Steak bite............... I can only hope to make all seasonal menu changes . Something this foodie does not want to miss. Please do not pass on the chocolate cake !! Save room for it or take it home❣️ i wouldn't say it was loud, we could all talk to each other , hear conversation easily in our area.

As an event planner, I highly recommend Olive + Oak. Organized, extremely helpful, on it in every single way. The event space is wonderful, and they absolutely understand how their venue works. Best of all - every single employee that I came into contact with was beyond kind, helpful & fast. Do not hesitate to add Olive Oak+ Oak to your list of possible venues - and if they have the date open, snag it! You will NOT be disappointed.

My husband and I ate here tonight, with another couple. I believe our servers name was Taylor and she was FANTASTIC! I don't even know where to start, but by first impression..walking into the restaurant was relaxing for me..quite the ambience..with low lights, nice music and candle's. We got drinks, but also brought our own wine paying the cork fee. Taylor was so professional, keeping our wine chilled by the fresh flowers. We ordered hors d'oeuvres and entrées. Everything was delicious! Taylor was the most professional waitress I've ever encountered, making sure glasses were full and removing dishes so gracefully you didn't even notice she was there. We never felt rushed or pushed out the door, even though we arrived at 6:30 and definitely were the last party in the place at 9:50. We will definitely return and are so grateful for this night! Bravo!
Update: We had no idea they closed at 9! I feel so bad now omg. I'm so sorry. I thought it was 10.
