Super inconsistent. Sometimes well-staffed and clean. Never had a meal that was 100% accurate at this location.

Chocolate Crou. Dry, No filling No taste. at $4.95, never again. Had not stop in a while and I see why. Don't they do their own baking?

My companion and I both had the sandwich and soup combos. We both had the chicken avocado sandwich which was absolutely delicious! He had chicken with rice soup and I had the broccoli cheese soup and they were both wonderful! In addition they serve a delectable green iced tea!

Webster Groves was the location . Stopped by after the grandson's soccer game. All was good. Took some photos of the place, but when I got my sandwich couldn't wait to chow down and forget to take photos. I had the pepperoni & mozzarella on a baguette. Delicious! As for the sweets I bought a heart shaped cookie ? & chocolate chip for the grandkids, yum. For me a cinnamon roll ?. And chocolate chip croissant..Very good! They serve Pepsi products

I have been frequenting this particular Panera for years and have always considered it one of the best until yesterday. The pace was absolutely filthy. It was full of teenagers who were loud and obnoxious. People were smoking on the patio. And to top it off my soup was barely warm. I see others on here have ha the same experience so I know I'm not the only one noticing this.

The service at this bread co. Sucks. You have to have an adult if you are under the age of 18. It's reasonable to need an adult if you are under the age of 13. A person I know went to the bread co. And they got kicked out cause they were under 18 and didn't have an adult. This person is 17, turning 18 soon. The food is good but the people who work there suck. I don't go to that bread co. any more. You cant even go in to use the bathroom really quick. You have to buy something. If I don't have money and I really need to go to the bathroom, I can't. Also if you get up from your seat to go get something or to go to the bathroom and you don't have stuff at your table other than your food they throw it away. I payed for a sandwich. I grabbed the sandwich when it was ready. Then I realized I forgot to wash my hands so I set it down. It was freshly made, so there was no bite taken out of it. It looked untouched. I went into the bathroom to go wash my hands before I eat, I can back and a worker threw it away Bread co use to be so much better, now with the new manager things have changed. I dislike the manager very much. He's mean and doesn't treat customers right most of the time.

I am a longtime Webster resident who frequented this BreadCo location. This used to be a great local and neighborhood restaurant to enjoy a quiet meal and read, work remotely or visit with friends. It has REALLY gone downhill and has turned into a cluttered, noisy, perpetual hang-out for unsupervised grade and middle school age and high school children. I will not be returning to this Webster Groves location. I would rather drive to StL Hills, Kirkwood or Sunset Hills if I want StL BreadCo food. It’s ridiculous for this store to have become the after-school and weekend babysitter it is and for management to allow it to go on year to year. I haven’t seen an actual mature adult working here in ages.

Wow. Here is our entire order in the picture. The broccoli and cheese soup was the wrong size, they gave us a cup, not the bowl. The bread bowls were outrageously overcooked, and basically not edible. Yes you can put the soup in there, but sort of defeats the purpose if you can't eat the bread. And lastly, there was a long hair in the mac & cheese. That is a new level of ineptitude. This location has a total of 2.5 stars, which I guess tells you all you need to know. I was used to Panera having been always very solid, and I've never really had an issue; having a problem with your order is not a huge deal, but three issues when you're only ordering two entrées is pretty bad. Feel free to check out my review distribution, I am pretty difficult to make unhappy, if anything have too many 5 star reviews but this needs to be put out there. They need to do better.

The food was very good and the service was good. It could be a little cleaner inside. I know they get tons of kids in there and it can get hard to keep up with, but my son and I went there at 2:00 on a Tuesday and we couldn't find a clean table.

Panera Bread is a ghost of its former self. The quality of the food has gone from the best alternative to fast food to garbage. At a time when everyone is watching their carbs, what does Panera do? They increase the thickness of the bread so that sandwiches are essentially served on Texas toast! The sandwiches are ALL bread - who wants that? The broccoli cheddar soup used to have chunks of broccoli in it. Now there's maybe the "essence" of broccoli and the soup taste like gloopy cheese whiz. They've also changed the baguettes from what used to be nice quality "real" bread to something that is reminiscent of fake food. Am I the only one that's noticed this? The once-good bear claws are now tasteless - made with cheaper dough and virtually no sugar. I literally took a bite and had to spit it out in the trash. And while I'm at it, what's up with their elimination of the fan favorite pumpkin muffy? In the past, you could eat at Panera and feel good about what you consumed but now, you just feel gross. I'm so sad. Yet another example of corporate greed!

The value he went to the cheapest thing you can get these days with inflation.
