My mom, bf and I love DD Mau and have been going for years now. The food is some of the best in St. Louis. We rank it up there with Olio, Nixta, Sultan Mediterranean, Corner 17 and Katie‘s. Thank you DD Mau for giving St. Louis this delicious food! we recommend the phos, lychee lemonade, matcha latte, spring rolls, bowls, bao sliders w/ vegan beef and salads are. Wings too! I guess the whole menu really! Also the staff is super! Always kind and helpful.
Was craving a noodle bowl with rice noodles, not ramen and this place did not disappoint! Got the chicken pho and egg rolls. Partner got shrimp pho. Think the egg rolls are overpriced $8 for four thin rolls but they were tasty. Plenty of chicken in the pho. Lime was hard as a rock, if you microwave them for 10 seconds they will produce juice. Will for sure be back.

Fresh, fast and tasty.The way how the menu is structured, you can mix any combination of noodles, rice or buns with a variety of proteins and sauces.I tried the vermicelli with shrimp and sweet and sour sauce and it was very good. They baos were also great either way the peanut sauce.
