We went through the drive-thru and it took about 4 or 5 minutes. The man who waited on us looked straight out of the 1950s, was very polite and friendly and overall it was a good experience. The malts that we got were absolutely delicious.
Went there today for lunch. Extremely disappointing. Nachos had old dried out burger on them and they were out of guacamole which stated it was served with them. I got a steak sandwich which said served with cheese lettuce and tomato
No lettuce or cheese on sandwich and it came with a side salad. My sandwich was tuff, took a bite and whole steak wanted to come out of bun. U know there is trouble when your knife can hardly cut it in half. We also had to wait for utensils...

This custard is fresh and delicious, I have tried every frozen custard place there is including Andys and Ted Drews, but still fritzs is the best, they have classic flavors every single day and their turtle is a great staple to try. I would choose this over Andys for sure!
