Cali was the best bartender I’ve experienced in this facility. She was such a good time and the reason I will be coming back.

The bartenders are excellent Make sure you stay stocked the whole night they've got plenty to do and very clean bathrooms.

Hotshots was open on Christmas Day, providing a cozy and welcoming spot to celebrate the holiday. It was such a relief to find a place open on such a special day, and they truly made it memorable.

Went to this bar with my dad and husband to watch a football game and kill some time. The waitress was friendly but after taking our order it took 2 hours to get our food and it was lukewarm. She gave us a 50% discount on our wings but not my dad’s food. The waitress also didn’t get my order right. I know it’s a bar and they make their money from drinks, but don’t call yourselves a “grill” if you can’t produce quality service like one.

We frequently travel through St. Louis/Wentzville area and we’re excited to find a restaurant with good food and atmosphere for our stop during our travels. Unfortunately, the service was so poor, we don’t plan on returning. Our waitress had two of the 5 occupied tables and her phone and gossiping with other waitstaff was more important than our service. We saw our food sitting in the kitchen window for 10-15 minutes before it was brought to our table, drinks weren’t checked for refills, and when they were, they were never received before we decided to ask another server for our bill and depart. It has great potential, and if busy we would be understanding, but we won’t be back.

The worst service I have ever had. I tried to be understanding of the situation. Our waitress was new, she had just come in on a shift change, and we had a group of around 10 people but the service was awful. It took us around 30 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered food and waited another 45 minutes to an hour and it still had not shown up. I asked to pay my tab and I finally saw our waitress go check to see if the food was ready. It wasn’t. I paid my bill and left. I can’t comment on the quality of the food because I never got it.

The food was very good for a sports bar. But my goodness there was only 8 people in the whole bar and it took 20 minutes just to get a menu another 45 minutes for a quesadilla. The poor girls uniforms are no bigger then g strings. Might has well be a strip club. It's December for crying out loud it's 20 degrees out side. Let them wear clothes. I wouldn't go again
