I got the Colorado omelette and my wife got the New York cheesecake pancakes. That's always her go to. It was my first time ordering the Colorado omelette and I thought it was delicious.

What was exceptional at this ihop was the lady who took my order. She was friendly, kind, helpful, and competent at her job. I wish I had gotten her name.
