Absolutely terrible service. Drove from Troy to Wentzville for KFC since the Troy one closed. Only to be refused because they were only allowing delivery. So, since I’m not local, I couldn’t take dinner home to my family after leaving the hospital.

Should just close this kfc. Giving colonel a bad name. I ordered my food in the drive thru. Two chicken littles and a 3 piece chicken tender. Sat at the window for 30 actual mins. No one came to me. Go inside they didn’t even know someone ordered in the drive thru. Never got food. Tried to get me to pay for cold chicken 40 mins later. A ducking joke
