It’s a pleasant atmosphere, good customer service, and good drinks! Sometimes the music selection is questionable considering families are a large aspect of the customer base.

The employees are so nice and helpful anytime I try to order and don’t know exactly what I want. They always play the best music and my drinks are always so delicious.

The vibes are great! Everybody is friendly and kind, if somethings wrong dont hesitate to ask because they will fix it ASAP. Even if that requires the brewistas to remake it they will make it to what you asked. Very little instances where somethings wrong!

I am so thankful we finally have a 7 Brew in West Plains! Every time I go, the drinks are delicious and the energy at the stand is amazing. The workers and staff are always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and they make the whole experience fun from the moment you pull into the drive-thru. You can really tell they care about their customers and work hard to brighten your day. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great coffee and great people!

Everytime I've been through here they always get me out fairly quickly. Sometimes you may have to wait but that's because people aren't machines and you shouldn't except someone to work like one. Making drinks takes a lot, just ask a bartender. All they do is appreciated! Keep up the amazing work!

7 Brew Coffee is a standout for its awesome service, killer coffee, and super friendly baristas. The drive-thru experience is quick and always leaves you happy. Personally some people just complain to complain, never had an experience that was relatively fast for crowd, respectful and fun!

Went there today and yesterday asked for a drink didnt get what i wanted. Yesterday i asked for a energy drink with raspberry and pineapple didnt give me any pineapple whatsoever and same thing happened today and we asked for medium drinks they gave us large my mom asked for a cookie butter with some white chocolate in it and they didnt give it to her and they gave her a large. The one in mountain home Arkansas way better then the one in west plains mo.. if you workers cant do their job right then maybe you need to fire them otherwise you aint gonna get any customers…
