“My daughter recently moved to West Plains. I am over 1,000 miles away and wanted to do something for her birthday since I couldn’t be there in person. I randomly messaged Sugar Lily after hours, after I saw/heard their business name somewhere. I wasn’t expecting to hear back from them until the next business day. Not only did they get back to me that night, they worked with me that night to create a beautiful flower arrangement of colors and flowers my daughter would love, wrote a loving birthday card for her from me, and brought everything to her and surprised her at her job! These people went out of their way to help a mom out who misses her daughter so much. You all are a true example of a business who cares about family. Thank you for all your support. I’m not local, but any chance I can get I will support your business!”

“My daughter always wants to go to this cute little coffee shop called 10/40 before piano lessons and get some delicious baked goods and some amazing coffee. Today I noticed s bible scripture written on the cup. That blessed my heart so much to see love 💗 enough to share God’s word. The lady in there is so sweet and kind too. I think her name is Lynette . I will continue to support 10/40 . Great coffee , kind service, and above all the gospel being spread makes this my favorite coffee shop ☕️”

She was very knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we had everything we need and more. The portions are very generous and every bit worth the money spent. Stop in and ask for Katie to be your server!!”

The owners helped transport me to a safe/warm place and contact potential resources for help after I was locked out of my apartment by a large gust of wind around midnight with no access to my keys/phone/shoes. “Stopped in on a lark. Great free parking. Nice atmosphere. Staff knew their stuff including the beers. Food was good and fairly quick. Salad bar was immense and varied and by far my wife's favorite. Went back again and the results were the same. That one was on her birthday. I am uessing we are probably going back again today.”

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!”
