you need to make sure your countertops are in safe condition and use cutting boards so there's no chance of getting wood in their food. take care of the cockroach problem. take care of the summer fly issues you have, maybe not have the back door open or put a screen on. these are the reasons we don't dine here any longer. we used to come in a couple times a week.
I have no idea what is all in the chicken soup, but please do not ever remove it from your menu. I am a bit of a foodie & I can't name a single thing I would change. I never thought I would be ordering soup from a Mexican restaurant, but here I am. it is loaded with chicken, the avocado is always fresh, & the lime to add takes it over the top.
Entire staff was friendly and was working as a team. The food was excellent. The flavor of the shrimp in two dishes was great and it was not overcooked. Even the rice had a good flavor and was not bland. Great job SanJuaneros!
