Sports Bars in West Plains

“generally the food is great, most of the staff is great, today however after ordering wings (which is my go to here) my wings were some of the smallest wings I've ever seen or had, they were all extremely small, like McDonald's chicken nuggets no joke were larger, the manager Jodi gave nothing but attitude when I questioned what had changed and very very snooty said "well there's nothing I can do about it" then shortly after offered to refund some of the wings, which was fine, I was asking to change my order or have the wings fixed but she proceeded to be extremely rude to me and my wife asked what was the reason for her attitude and she jerked the ticket out of my wife's hands rudely as she crumbled it all at the same time and stomped off, neighboring tables witnessed it and were in disbelief in her attitude, and as we checked out she continued to be rude to both me, my wife and the other guests at our table, Our waitress was phenomenal, at a table of 9 during lunch rush we never had a low drink and she was nice and professional and apologetic of her managers manor, other servers were apologetic for thier managers actions as they clearly seen it, I think it's bad when the service staff has to apologize for the actions of a manager that's generally suppose to be understanding of situations and professional which Jodi was clearly not, overall the food is usually very exceptional for quick bar style food with a nice variety of options. it may be a while before my family returns to this establishment after this incident.p“

“Stopped in on a lark. Great free parking. Nice atmosphere. Staff knew their stuff including the beers. Food was good and fairly quick. Salad bar was immense and varied and by far my wife's favorite. Went back again and the results were the same. That one was on her birthday. I am uessing we are probably going back again today.“
