“I’ve recently been diagnosed with alpha gal, both mammal and diary products. I was craving a salad and didn’t feel like cooking so my husband & I landed on subway. From the second we walked in, we had the best experience. Natalie & her colleagues were so amazing. Natalie is who helped us with our orders. She was very cautious with cross contamination & cared as if she making her own meal. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with no cheese or dressing. I added tomatoes, cucumbers & green peppers and used avocado as my sauce. She changed gloves when needed & didn’t complain or huff about my restrictions. 10/10 experience!“
