Bread was old and dry soup was reheated over and over the way it tasted! I was embarrassed!! A real good friend came to town to visit she wanted to try McAlisters and I did too, sense it was new in town. However I’ve eaten in the one in Jonesboro Ar. Several times and it was great!!! She tried Eatting a salad with no dressing coz they only had two dressings to offer in the first place !!!!! After trying to eat a high cost lunch that wasn’t worth the money!!! McAlister's Deli serves delicious sandwiches like the French dip. The employees are fantastic and super nice, making diners feel welcome. The potato salad could be better, but the ice tea and lemonade are great. Some inconsistency in orders and lack of familiarity with certain requests, but the clean and well-designed restaurant keeps customers coming back. Food quality is good despite slightly higher prices.
